  1. I had been riding bmx for several years before I started to ride trials. I don't think it has influenced my trials riding style. For me bmx and trials are two different things. And when I quit bmx riding I stopped doing bmx tricks. I still love watching bmx riders and every once in a while I feel like riding again. but when I ride trials I am not influenced by my bmx background, I'm influenced by the good trials riders and try to ride trials like they do. I think because I've done all the bmx stuff (vert, dirt, street, flatland) before I don't feel like doing bmx-tricks on my trials bike. It's like "been there done that" and I've already lived it out .
  2. I think the different parts don't match at all (colour-wise) which is a pity, because it's a nice frame.
  3. purple frame looks sweet. unicycle riding still looks stupid to me. I guess I'll never get used to it.
  4. two things: 1. you should get yourself a bmx bike! 2. you should have your hair cut!!
  5. nice! must be quite lightweight now.. is that a trialqueen on the rear? do you like it?
  6. I somehow like the green rims
  7. I've had coust pads in the past (the standard ones without alu backings) and they didn't perform as well as the tnn pads I use right now. just my experience..
  8. nice bike. but if you put that much effort and money in a bike then you should also get some proper grips imo!
  9. I guess a lot of English riders tend to think jumping off of buildings is good trials riding! (and even better than a world champion's riding)
  10. that is unreal! his technique is so good, it makes it look smooth as hell.
  11. I like the color scheme, but after a rim grind it won't look as nice anymore
  12. any more reviews of the trialqueen yet?
  13. both coustellier brothers are insane. Gilles is a machine and Giacomo has a very very nice style imo. Ali C is one of my favorite riders aswell. and don't forget TRA. his style might not be as smooth, but he has his very own way of riding and I highly respect that.
  14. damn that bike looks long on you!! good riding.
  15. first time I've seen this go wrong in a show
  16. that's some super smooth & controlled riding! one of the best videos I've seen in a while.. (because your riding style is exceptional)
  17. seems to me that you have somewhat of a strange position on the bike . (But I don't know whether it's caused by your movements or the geometry of your bike)
  18. like you mentioned the white forks don't really match the frame, but apart from that it's a lovely ride with nice parts!
  19. used to have coust pads on my rear brake for a while. I wasn't really pleased. I had quite some expectations because everybody was talking about them. but they didn't work that well for me. maybe I didn't set them up perfectly or whatever. now I use the tnn pads (green) which perform much better (at least in my case)
  20. trialtech bashring and coust pads I'd say

    Funny Bail :p

uh bad... one of the worst things that can happen...
  22. Because of the backsweep of the bars. I once read that backsweep is safer for your wrists because of the angle of your hands. let your arms hang down and you'll notice that your hands will be in a certain position. your palms will have a certain angle to your body. that's the natural position. and palming bars with backsweep kinda imitates that position (not exactly but you get the idea) I've had two different bars with no back sweep before and now I have riserbars with backsweep and I can definitely tell a difference. feels much more comfortable..
  23. your statement is true for south korea.. but south korea is the only team that plays like that. The huge difference between South Corea and any other team is, that every south corean player is moving all the time and trying to get/block every single ball. Usually football players tend to avoid running around too much. Furthermore the Corean guys tackle everytime instead of just standing in front of a player indicating that he'd better pass the ball to somebody else.." Because that's what football players usually do and that's the reason why most of the time the ball is being passed around far away from the opponent's goal most of the time. Most teams are, like mentioned by someone else, afraid of losing and that's why they all stand in in their half of the court and wait. Therefore most matches end up 1:0 or 1:1 ... so one or two goals in 90 minutes... what a accomplishment *lol* but hey, if you like football that's ok. At least the worldcup gives people joy and a reason to watch a few games together and have fun!
  24. nice video! great riding and some damn good lines! only the quality isn't that great..
