  1. might be a repost, not sure if it is its definately worth another watch oh and Gerard Trueba is only 9 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqEClzP5F7M&feature=related
  2. looks real nice whats the geo ?
  3. yeah but it wouldnt take as much labout to build,it would just be cut a ring from a aluminium sheet with the diameter of 20", 19", 24" and 26" there must be some way of getting the costs down, surely ?
  4. or why dont you tell us what frame you have and what brake mounts you have and what brake your running ? if your running a rime brake and you tell us what frame it is, then we will be able to tell you if its got 19" wheel brake mounts or 20" or why dont you just tell or read the information on the side of you old rear tyre ? and yes, i would see if the front tyre fits on the back, just to confirm thats it is right
  5. it would be cheaper in the long run, it would to buy it all but if have a new rim every year thats £40 for a good one or buy a aluminum ring for £10 it would soon all add up, but if you have the rim very thin and half the thickness of a normal sidewall and then it will be reinforced by the ring it would be the same weight, the only added weight would be the bolts and nuts but they could be light weight aswell if there chromoly or some thing
  6. i get what you meen, if maybe they could sell a rim that has a built in grind, made in the factory and reinforced some how or you could have a aluminum ring thats 3mm thick or something ? you buy it, attach it to your rim using bolts that are square and fit into square holes so they dont move and there flush fitting, do it up on the inside with a nut and so its a flush fit onto the inside also, then grind the ring when its on the wheel and the face of the bolts will grind aswell then when the grind goes dead you grind it again then when the second one goes dead you buy a new ring sounds like a uber grind or replacaple grind if you ask me much cheaper than a new rim chris
  7. if you where in the street, riding your trials bike practicing for a comp and someone came to you and asked what you where doing, i can garentee you and everyone on here will say they are practicing trials! but surely if you are going by your opinion and saying that riding in the street isnt riding trials then surely you wont be practicing trials in the street? your opinion is completely wrong and all the gramatic terms for trials nust be wrong aswell ? haha just shut the f**k up and stop digging your self a bigger hole! chris
  8. fancy selling the black frame ? pmd and very nice looking bikes and great video look forward to seeing the longer one. realy like your sytle, very smooth and laid back/looks effortless chris
  9. its only amazing because it dosnt have water bleed! i am aswell not to keen on the colours of the stock, would look real nice though if all the colours matched (same shade greens) and hows the rear break ? what pads, booster etc. looking to maybe grind my rim but not sure has it still got good modulation with a grind ? just makes it easyer for manuals and the onza looks good fun how dose the feel of it comapare to a effect ? chris
  10. i guess you dont know that most top riders use water in maggys ? from reading all of this, both you and aiden are complete novices and have absolutely no idea what your talking about you will learn alot more in life if you listen to people with more knowledge, experiance and commone sense than you. would you say a water bleed is sh*-t if i told you that danny macaskill use to use a water bleed when he ran a rear maggy ? haha both of you, read around the forum and read just on this topic and you will realise most people on this forum use a water bleed and you two are infact the 'retards', abnormal, stupid and inexperianced people haha but back on topic, has your grind got a load of crap on it perhaps from putting the tire on ? very unlikely to cause such a lack of performance but if you have changed everything then i dont know what it could be has your grind gone dead ? chris
  11. yes, it has warranty as its state when it leaves the factory, if you purposly change it then the warranty is lost simple
  12. that is absolutely nuts probably some of the biggest riding i have seen, dunno how he can think that fast haha but yeah, as everyone else has said, has definately got some balls haha chris
  13. because i want one thats good, i have downloaded pinnicle video spin but the trials has ended and dosnt have very good effect, would use windows but my videos have to be put into a different format to use it which makes it rubbish quality
  14. whent out exploring in my garden and around my village the other day and found a few new lines just a little video but a bigger one coming soon once i have found a good, cheap editing software (suggestions would be good) but let me know what you think chris
  15. looks nice but i agree with the star on the headtube, looks a bit dodgy haha is that a home made tensioner ? how does it work etc. some pics would be good chris
  16. make it to your ability you could stack pallets on top of each other and lean one up against them on its end to make a wall = hooks also, try and get hold of a tractor tyre, tractor tyres seem to be prety popular with home made courses. have a look at videos of trials competitions and see what obstacles etc there are and try and recreat them with pellets and other objects i havnt made a course my self but have had many ideas chris

  19. i find riding my 24" extremely fun and i also love the fact that you can put some bmx riding into trials of trials into bmx. i use to do bmx before i started trials, bought a 24" and will never go back, love it, great fun and hopefully everyone else will realise how fun 24" trials is aswell chris
