    16+ Banking.

I'd go for halifax. You don't need money to open the account unlike a lot of others, and you get a debit card & card protection. If you open a 16+ account though you will have to close it at 18 and open a proper account, which is the same for all the banks i think.
  2. When I was riding I had nothing but problems anytime I dealt with crucial, but source were always brilliant with everything. That was 12 months ago though so they could have changed, but it's still run by the same 2 brothers so I can't see much will have changed. But for £350/400euro you can get a well specced second hand bike with full chromo frame, forks, bars & decent parts. What type of riding do you do? As then people could reccomend bikes a bit better.

Anyone want an old cinelli stem? It's 26.4mm so you will need cinelli bars aswell (or a 0.4mm bar shim). £10 posted.

  6. Right, we are trying to get one of the drivers from driftworks as the model for next in 2011 as a laugh. It would be great if you could vote for him, you can vote as many times as you like as long as you use different email addresses and different browsers (you can use any made up email address so you dont have to put your own). It's all for a good laugh so get voting people! My link Thanks everyone. Jack
  7. Bromsgrove, theres a few more here too but I don't think they're all on here.
  8. They say 18, but I've been using it since I was 15 with my bank and all the right details and it was always fine (18 now).
  9. There's more. "Always hit the biggest f**ker in the fight first" dad "Never saw the branch you're on, unless you're being hung from it" grandad "You have the right to remain silent, anything you do say will be misquoted, and used against you" grandad "A new broom sweeps well" nan "Do not condemn the judgment of another because it differs from your own, you may both be wrong" dandemis "Don't compromise yourself, your all you've got" janis joplin
  10. "Dont let the b*stards grind you down" my dad has always said this to me when i was at school and the deputy head was trying to make me leave. "He who asks is a fool for five minutes, he who doesn't ask is a fool for life" my college tutor. "If you want to f**k her then f**k her and leave her, if you like her then treat her like a princess" my dad "you can't jump a chasm in two leaps" lloyd george
  11. Done it mate. In my opinion you should have asked what model of boots people prefer to use as well as make.
  12. I was 18-12 when I was mod too. I think it's pretty much the standard ratio.
  13. Mutt is my favourite liquid producer at the moment http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VeGrFg85E4 also check out netsky and london elektricity http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNyODJcFMB4
  14. Love that, it looks so simple. What's it ride like?
  15. I've got another copy and it's better than being labelled a rapist. She's too stupid to get me charged filming without consent without the help of a lawyer.
  16. Yeah, I phoned her earlier and told her I had a video of it and she just went quiet then said she didn't believe me so I sent her the video. I'm hoping that will be the end of it. She didn't say stop, she instigated and she was totally sober. Cheers man
  17. Got introduced to a girl the other day by a friend, basically I ended up shagging her and now shes accusing me of rape, she has apparently done this quite a few times including to my uncle (which I only found out today), all of her friends have taken my side as they have had enough of her. Obviously I didn't rape her but I did film her without her knowing, it basically shows me handcuffed to a chair and her on top of me pretty much proving I didn't. If she takes this to court then I'm going to show the video (its time/datestamped etc) to clear my name, anyone think there's any chance of me being charged with something different for filming her without consent? Anything's going to be better than being labelled as a rapist though.
  18. It is. I did'nt know you had one bud.
  19. I'll be doing alot of riding. Sunny days at the resovoir or the quarry macking onto chicks, skinny dipping and generally being quite messy. Driving alot, and maybe get a few festivals in there but I'm definately doing awesomefest.
  20. If you're talking about the deore lever I asked about, then there is no point, I looked at it last night and its not replaceable. But I would want a carbon echo maggie lever.
  21. Yes? Would you prefer the product to be: An accessory that you attach? If the device requires batteries, what is your preferred way of powering a device? Replaceable batteries-as it has been said you can get rechargables and if they fail you can always pick some normal ones up from the shop just to get you home
  22. I found the best way is to use your frame if it has maggie mounts. Find 2 pieces of dowel (sp?) that fit into your maggie clamps and screw a screw into each piece of dowel. It works brilliantly but I havn't got a picture of it sorry bud.
  23. I've never used my lbs. When I was about 11 and just getting into racing xc my uncle gave me the haynes bike book and I learnt everything from that and just working things out for myself. I learnt to build wheels when i was about 15 from an article in ride bmx and looking at pre-built wheels. Learnt to service forks at about 15 too from just taking them apart and rebuilding them as I was just getting into dh, and I'm just learning how to service a shock now which will be quite handy when I get back into dh. In my opinion it's just lazy to take it to your lbs and as someone already said, if you do that how are you ever going to fix a problem out on a ride.
  24. Have you thought about an identiti p66? They can handle pretty much anything you throw at them. How much are you looking to spend?
