the tr hub without the snail cams and the standard washer make it 110mm spacing, i though it only made it 116mm spacing with the snail cams inside.

yeah towards the mimus arrow, it just allows for more liquid in the system and s you don't have to use tpa.

awesome! at least if you fall its no on solid surface so less chance of injury.

turbo pad adjuster it stands for, basically twist it up if he pads ware down in a ride etc and it pushes the pads forwards via the piston. but when turned up it doesnt move the pads evenly that's why your not meant to set it up with the tpa as well as the risk of the tpa breaking.

so u undone the tpa? your pads are probs further out, so move then in for better lever feel. your not meant to se he break up with the tpa. oh when its being rebleeded make sure the tpa is all the way out.

is your pro the new one?if so no probs with handlebars but the old model has a smaller stem and handlebar clamp so watch out there.

most pro rider have hs33 on the back, because there isnt much modulation (unlike disc) so it instantly locks without any slipping.

completely new headset with starnut etc and changed the crown race over , i have out all the pieces that i had out the box. cheers for the help guys pretty sure i did, will go to the shed now and make sure i did before lining it up and tightening. if it is that then im going to look like a big numpty lol

mmmm i just put it together and then tightened the stem, how do i tighten the headset? its my first time building a frame from scratch :$ onza blade frame, forks from a onza t bird (think they are the same as the standard onza blade ones), and a fsa orbit equipe.
