    Ahhhh!

cool, the t birds are light enough i think there something like 13-14 kg standard not sure on that though (dont need the lightest thing for starting out) and easy to flick around etc. most people say once you get better you might need a better frame with different geo etc but i get on with it nicely. here is a little vid of me(rubbish shiz lol) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SwJu3kzkfN8

    Ahhhh!

t birds are indestructible had mine for a year, great fun and can take a bashing! i have converted it to front freewheel (it wont really matter that much if your a newbie) well basically it makes the weight more centred this helps for better spins, more clearance as the sprocket is smaller and helps a little to better responsiveness. but i got on perfectly well how it was but wanted to try it. yeah to set up front freewheel you will need to take ur freewheel of the rear hub and replace it with a sproket (for a 20" a 12 tooth) then get some cranks with a screw on thread and put ur freewheel on. simples hopes this helps you out! ps where about in devon are you from?. im in axminster.
  5. i had this, i sprayed silicone spray in the freewheel and it stopped the noise, if not im betting on the chain being to tight.
  6. ah nuts, yeah i order from tarty, i did that last time and they cut the spokes.
  7. i will probs have to get some then. the flange diameters on onza t pro hub is 45mm and centre to flange is 27mm and on the echo it is, flange diameter is 40mm and centre to flanges is 36mm what do you think? cheers
  8. ah cheers lads, much appreciated. well now i wonna know if i will have to buy new spokes? or will mine do, im changing my hub from a onza t pro to a echo tr, with the same rim (ronnie drilled) and dont really have any money spare. so can i just use the same spokes?
  9. never know if you don't try it, whats the worst hat will happen, get imbarrised? who cares?
  10. something like a secondhand onza t pro or t bird.
  11. zona zip without a doubt!! or you could get something second-hand for cheaper and better spec.
  12. ah ha thats the instructions i want, didnt think to look in FAQs. i saw that vid before i suppose it makes more sense now reading the step by step instructions cheers will give it a crack when i get my hub.
  13. hi guys, so basically want to learn how to laces a 32 hole wheel, i have been on that wheel building website but all seems a very big blur as im not good with reading, and there are no good vids about it. so can someone help with a vid i dont know about? or give me a simple run through. cheers

    New Hs33 Brake

i wouldnt imagine it will be that stronger as your lever blade is pretty long and there mechanically the same. i wouldn't just buy it for more power as it probs be the same (in my view)
  16. if i didnt need washers will the frame clamp between the axel bolt and that stickyout tab thingy on the hub? i think i need washer though like rab said.
  17. mmm i have got a onza t pro hub on at the moment but on tarty it says it is a 110mm spacing, so will i still need the washers?
  18. ah that makes sense, im not sure if the hub comes with snail cams, but i always could slide or leave them in if i did get them with it. cheers. hopefully when i get a new frame i should have snail cams.
  19. cheers mate! might go for it, not to intrested in drilling my frame as getting a new one soon, yay!
  20. hi there, looking at a echo tr rear hub but i want to run this on my onza t bird with chain tugs, but i dont know if i can run it with chain tugs as they are meant for snail cams. so can i? cheers
  21. nutz he did, i look like a right pilock now lol, im so tired these days.
  22. yes it can, here you go, seeing as it will be winter soon you might want to add some anti freeze etc in the water.
  23. have you just got a casing if so, take the lever of with tpa on it, you will see a piston take that out (it should just come out, if not undo the screw under where the hosing enters the lever and push something thin and small through) then a biggish spring. now putting it in is backwards in the new casing, spring-piston-lever with tpa in. job done then just bleed, its all fairly simple.
  24. i always thought that purple would look nice with white, never tried it though.
  25. thought about building your own? dad made his and its decent, thick wood, good locks (no getting in there in a hurry), a window like the style of french doors (dont laugh), instalation, the lot and it can be in the exact size as you want.
