The ccm looks sweet, Wish i could have a second bike like that to mess around on. ill defo be getting ones with the metal bar though now youve said, looking at sw-motechs but pretty pricy at £130 Same pads iv gone for Seems like the best for money wise, The standard pads now feel shocking being pretty low.

haha Cool, They do look pretty trick on the er6 though. set of front pads and some white Kawasaki rim stickers ordered.

Had a fiddle with the bike, Turns out it was the radiator fan shot, Currently commuting without one. I cant really track down any second hand one, brand new dealers want £300-400!! so iv bought a zx6r rad fan for a 10er, Gonna change over the fan and bracket

Not yet, since ive had the bike i cant even hear if the fan has kicked in or not, could you hear yours on the er6?

RightHo then chaps, er6 is overheating / baking its coolant pretty quick, Its ok when your on the move (however i feel its running abit hot) but as soon as i ride slow & stop start traffic, My Engine gets sssooo hot, I have started getting my coolant heat light on, On several occasions its pissed out the overflow pipe when i stop. Any ideas? Going to test the thermostat on the weekend, Iv read that the radiator caps can cause this on the er6's, but there £30 a time and not 100% its that.

Mate from school got one, Had it for ages thrashing it around, Seems like a good little bike. Abit pricey mind? My 125 had the yamaha xt 125 engine in, Seemed pretty bomb proof!

Dam straight, Mines completely worn and slapping all over the place, Makes the bike jerk alot more aswell

New rear brake pads, Chain and Sprockets getting fitted on sat, Should ride alot better after that!

haha, hes had a custom metal intake pipe made, but i will sure tell him! we wacked the standard injectors in just now and seems too idle good again.

Not yet, His turbo went originally so he hasn't been able to drive it for months on end, So it was the first time starting with all this "go fast" stuff on it. But certainly a thing to do Wicked, Cheers for that! A remap is defiantly on the books! Would changing back too the standard injectors and pressure regulator make it abit more bearable? and drive-able with the bigger turbo etc? (im not sure off all the mods hes done, but a fair few)

One for the 1.8t guys, Mates just done a big turbo upgrade, Complete with bigger injectors, Bigger feul pressure regulator, Manifold etc, It seems too start fine but the idling is all over the place! Anyone know what this could be? Also there is alot of white smoke coming out the rear, Just burning access oil or would the turbo have gone? Bare in mind the car has been sat for around 6 months.

Have the wheel as forward as it will go centre, Then set up the drive side first by gradually pulling the wheel back with the tensioners on that side. Also undo the hub bolts very slightly so there's just enough slack for the tensioners to work, But not enough the frame starts to bend outwards. few simple little tips but so effective!

haha not at the moment , yeah not too bad roads, but just commuting too work iv almost had two head-on crashes due to a few lorrys using the road. yeah, you wouldn't have thought there was a car breakers down there though!

Iv been a naughty boy, Are them yellow box cameras in city's definitely speed cameras? Pointing down at the yellow box junctions, and without any line marking/signs.
