  1. Mainly mods run 160-165mm but you can still use 170-175mm you will feel a very slight difference in the gearing it will be lighter because of the leverage in the slightly longer cranks, but stay with 170mm if you like your gear the the moment
  2. Ha forgot the important part, someone should buy one before they realise how much money they will lose.
  3. Are they not just rebranded power pads, if so they are good I used them for a while pretty good on grinds and smooth rims
  4. Contrasting with that (but that was quite good), this is a classic
  5. Also at about 7.00 Martyn Ashton walks past. I loved that video one of my favourites of the year, I really like the progressive side of it.
  6. I used to ride a FFW 18t-14t it felt alright but I didn't really like it how the chain is turning when freewheeling, now i run the screw on trialtech 23t sprocket and 18t freewheel that feels alot better even though its easier it just feels more solid because of not have the freewheel up front, 22t-16t or 17t is good for riding 24.
  7. Is that at Laggan Wolftrax? Looks like a trail centre, nice riding aswell you do look alot more relaxed on your echo than this
  8. Yeh ridden it abit feels good just need some new forks I think these Identiti's are pretty heavy and don't look that good but they are ok for now until I've payed my mum for this. Luckily I had a old tensioner that had some similar parts to the try all one, a shaped spoke and some ramdom spacers did the job fine.
  9. I wonder what gender came up with this theory, would be a good excuse if your caught though, I might have to get this on my Ipod just incase I have to prove it.
  10. Yeh cool, know anyone else who would be interested don't really know my way in riding terms around glasgow but would be up for it
  11. Have they not just changed the magnitude of the earthquake too 9?
  12. What the weird, low sounding release of air yeh it was pretty strange.
  13. Choose which way you feel most comfortable doing them, if its to the right then turn your bars to the left and the other way around for going left. Move the bike with you feet and move your weight to the side you are going but keep relaxed so you don't over balance.
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fs-SEaAOBwA need more practice on the footjam tailwhips
  15. Anyone up for a ride next weekend or the next in Glasgow?
  16. You might be able to get away with it if you put the pads right down in the slots so they align with the rim you may need to do some bodging though if it doen't stretch far enough and pull the dropouts right in so the rim is closer. I'd measure it up first just incase if you do buy it and it doesn't work.
  17. Yeh it proberly is abit too early for jokes although I have seen some, alot of the videos looked computer generated, the weird thing was in some of the videos there were loads of people just standing there not reacting at all I'd run like feck.
  18. Some people were talking about Chris Smith a while ago how he used to ride trials and has sort of gone away from it abit in videos anyway, this is video of the day on Pinkbike today. Its not on vimeo or youtube yet so no proper link. Pinkbike
  19. BB5 or 7 front with 180mm rotor and any V-Brake on the back with any Avid lever.
  20. The atmoshphere kind of reminded me of this I think the song would of fitted in well with his riding if there were more closer shots of him up on rails or other stuff and bigger riding on the upper tempo parts of the song but there are plenty of songs that have this not just the ones Danny Mac uses.
  21. About 6000 miles away it wasn't my bike but Equador is my furthest place I've ridden but that was for about 5-10mins being 9200ft above sea level takes it out of you.
