  2. Do you know the geometry on this?
  3. I was riding tonight and these tips have helped quite alot I can get quite alot further off drops now, was also practicing some backwards manuals got them pretty far for my first shot about 3 bike lengths, yeh I agree brakeless is alot easier for them now I've found out how to do them properly.
  4. I just thought for correcting your height on the back wheel, (I replied to your comment on pinkbike by the way)
  5. Don't you mean you don't need a back brake for backwards manuals? But I suppose its just alot easier to practise them with brakes then take them off once I've got them.
  6. Do you know when the trialtech 22t sprocket coming out for us mere mortals?
  7. Its ok, I'm gonna try with a back brake tonight so I land on my back wheels and sort of backwards manual out of it.
  8. I find doing slower ones by pedalling off it alot easier although its alot harder to roll out of, abit like doing a static 180 but on the move.
  9. I do try them at a reasonable speed but I just end up trying too hard and hurting myself. But more speed is needed aswell.
  10. I ride brakeless so mine feels quite Bmxy, is a american bunny hop front wheel first? I can see how that would make it easier. Cheers
  11. You should introduce yourself in the new members chat thing there is a thread for that

  12. Been trying for ages to hop 180 off drops straight on, I can do them to the side fine so if I'm going along a wall I can 180 off the side but not off the end. When I try it my front wheel always ends up on the top of the wall I just can't get far enough to clear it, does anyone have any tips to get further off a drop.
  13. Very hot, how do you find 23-16 seems pretty hard or are you just gonna try and smash up everything.
  14. Yeh, I go for it on small walls but on bigger stuff I just can't get my head round it. I might stick a back brake on just to practise. But as other people said you need a longer video of you the manuals were cool aswell.
  15. I'am jealous of your 360, I just cannot do them I always back out of those sort of moves its so annoying, nice riding.
  16. Try a little kicker or a block of wood it boosts you up quite alot not sure if its cheating though.
  17. There were too many sidehops but they were pretty smooth, also I think you need to tension your chain, looks slack.
  18. Looks really nice, are there not any cable guides on echos?, the only bad thing about the Atomlabs is that you have to grind away the cool writing on the rear. Nice collie aswell
  19. Five Ten impact lows or freeriders are very good, or just a good skate shoe like a van or etnies depends if you want a stiff sole go for the five ten for that.
  20. I used to, it was good for natural but for me it was way to easy for pedal ups and gaps, then i rode 24-18 that was slightly better
  21. Just watching some of the newer Danny Mac videos, as he runs a 4 bolt crank there should defiantly be more 22-24t bashrings, there are a few like MRP and truvativ but there should be more of them, someone like trialtech should make one or a inspired version of their screw on one for 23t also different sized 4 bolt granny rings would be good.
  22. Yeh there are them, I never thought they were that good though the ridges sometimes got abit wrecked, its a good idea though. Just a weight saving thing really.
  23. Hehe I always do that. I don't think there are any front hubs with threads on either side but a rear would work but not very reliable
