  6. Mines a 5th generation, a few people at my school had the same problem its just completely buggered i think they just got replacement ones.
  7. Yeh its a solid bike for the money but you could proberly get a good second hand stock off here or ebay, its got a good spec apart from the gears but you can always change that, there isn't much to change apart from that and maybe bars and stem for the right set up.
  8. My nano keeps resetting itself and doing strange stuff everytime it charges or I plug it in to my laptop, has anyone had this problem if so I need some advice before I open a can of whoop ass on this thing.
  9. The phase 1.1 is the highest in the range
  10. Isis but obviously if your getting a new bottom bracket it needs to be the same as your cranks.
  11. Just finished grinding it down works well now, thanks gary-mac.
  12. Proberly get better at riding brakeless, get someone on the island that I live on into trials so I don't look like a loner all the time, actually properly land a footjam tailwhip (its getting really annoying) and I'd really like to be a mtb or trials coach.
  13. Yeh its a pretty sturdy bashring, you would think echo would put a in-dent for the cranks. Cheers
  14. I just grinded it slightly, it has has worked so far so i'm gonna go the rest tonight.
  15. Cool thanks, I thought it was something to do with the cranks being un-even but the bashring is pretty ramped in the middle.
  16. Yeh well there going to perform better when they aren't above boiling point
  17. My echo urban bashring never seemed to fit my try all expert cranks, as I put the bashring on it bent slightly into my freewheel, can anyone recommend a good solid 18t bashring. Thanks
  18. Yeh for cooling and weight, if they didn't have holes they would just start to smoke after a downhill run or something.
  19. It depends what sort of riding you do, if its smooth and flowy street riding or slow natural TGS style of riding?
  20. yeh that is a pretty good thing about ashtons that they have the dropouts up from the chainstay.

  22. That was a momentary lasp of concentration and I' am truly sorry but I did say the same thing as you so don't get so annoyed, but that proberly will damaged the forks abit.
  23. You could proberly just take you wheel off then to tap the star nut up, try levering it though.
  24. Need more infomation than that, like how you ride, what terrain you ride and other stuff like that.
  25. erm then take your forks off and try and tap the star nut out the other way, or maybe try and lever the top cap off with a screw driver if you can. Do you have alot of of spacers under your stem it might be because there isn't enough thread contact with you top cap bolt and star nut just so you don't do it again.
