Thanks for the reply, i think i currently have a freehub as its just what is stock on the bike. What is the length of the bb? Sorry for knowing very little about bikes.

I have a stock Diamondback Kabuki mono, it have very few engagement points, i was wanting to know how i would go about changing the freewheel and what parts i would need as it seems the current freewheel is part of the rear hub. My friend who i boght the bike from said i could put the freewheel on the crank, would i need many other parts to do this?
