some tnn ones i have with a curve also have some heatsink ones although they are about 3 years old and yes i was wrong vee backings have changed to incorporate maggie material but im just proving a point

well they must have changed recently so material can be changed from vee to magura, ive just had a look on tarty an yeah they are interchangeable but i definitely remember vee backings being longer and curved a few years ago, ive got both tnn and heatsink ones and they both have a slight curve and are about 10mm longer

it wont vee material is longer and more contoured to fit the rim

are your forks bent or summat or is it just a really steep headtube angle, looks well compact for some reason

kears i can tell you've been out of it for a lonnnng time, urbans are not the forks they used to be back in the day hahah you'll destroy them in a matter of days save up a bit more and get some trialtechs or TNN's

i did the exact same as that a few years ago, twice !, looks like this now it cant be stitched theres nothing there to stitch its just a big hole :|, mine just like scabbed over more and more it was a mess for weeks

mines 3 cross x 2 cross, seems alright haven't had any problems with it
