kool chains are ok for a few months but once they snap youv had it, if you want full on strength and arnt fussed about weight then get a KHE collapse, had mine for about a year and its not snapped yet

basically gives your rim a rough edge and creates more surface area and is supposed to make your brake more bitey and hold better but so far iv had nothing but problems with them and still do, going back to smooth soon balls to grinds

i have this problem but it takes mine about 3-4 weeks to go down dependng on how much i ride but its not that much of a problem so i just rebleed it, everyday would get on my tits, youv got 2 options basically buy a new full lever wich is probably best but i love my 04 and wouldnt change it for any other, or buy a new piston/spring kit wich will probably fix it

yeah you dont have to use the mech bolt to fix it to your axle just use the hub bolt

nahh thats not right then, sounds like youv stripped the threads on your mech then so you need a new one or you can bolt it directly onto your axle like i have wich personally i think is better

the bit thats fixed to the mech hanger moves ??

solong as its keeping the tension yeah sounds fine have you tried putting a bit more tension on the spring ?
