hello i have just got a set of new cranks and a bb but im having trobel getting the old cranks off the old bb.. Its a square taper bb and i really want it off!! CAN ANYONE HELP?

Its a trialtech sl rim.. i have hs33s front and back. Im running heatsink coust pads.

Hello i have grinded my rim and it has gone smooth agen only after 2 rides.. do they last longer than is? My grind was a quite deep one so i thought it would last long but i have done the same type of grind on my front rim and its still as good as new.. I'm very confused and can anyone help? thanks billy

I have the same rims as you and i <3 them.... Also my mate has a limey but he has two carbon hopes on it.. Nice bike though I think the standard maggie hoes aswell.. the braded one makes it all slugish.
