cannot watch get; [#10173] We could not find the attachment you were attempting to view. when i try.......... :(
  3. Iv been using Monty 219XHs on a light grind there medium/soft and are lasting me pretty well...... So far. Sounds like youve ground too harsh man like josh said you get a nice light grind with a metal cutting blade. Stone grinding blades are much rougher so you have to be much more careful Its all about starting light, if thats not good enough try a bit deeper you can always grind more this way. If you go in for the deep grind straight away your pretty f**ked if its too harsh...
  4. super malt is my number one pick up. it actually makes me feel more with it, its not as fizzy as energy drinks and not as chemically. It is a very aquired taste though!! but i love it and its from way back in the day! i have only found it in london recently so i dont get to drink it much
  5. These drinks are insanely bad for you. i used to drink 4 cans of relentless a day. You can get addicted to them, wake up and feel you cant do anything without a can!! Have you ever read the back of the can?? There 500ml cans right and the nutritional information on the back is only for 100ml! if it were per can not 1/5 of a can, anyone reading it would be put right off. for example Vitamin B12 is 240% of daily allowance for 100ml thats 1200% of daily allowance in one can of monster!! And 160mg of caffeine thats nearly 2 cups of espresso. Trouble is there just too good!! i dont drink during riding because of the twitchyness from the caffeine. lucozade is better and the sport cant make you bloated as its not fizzy. but water is probably the answer its natural and wont rot your teeth.
  6. excellent video very clear. Can always tell a good tutorial as it makes me want to try it as i watch! You should make some more, perhaps of pedal kicks etc and make a youtube channel. Id certainly subscribe. Good work
  7. Go to building sites and ask the site agent. I work on sites and there's always a big pile of pallets waiting to be binned. If you ask i shouldn't be a problem. Either that or something like homebase, b&q or pet shops.
  8. Thanks thats made it a bit clearer for me, i guess its more about personal preference than anything. I realise that its more a jumper but didnt wanna fork out loads for a trials specific, they seem to be much more expensive. itll do for now to learn the basics though right? Im new to the game and got a mod as thats what i saw being ridden when some of my mates got into it when i was younger. I always wanted one, i never got into it then as mum was poor and couldnt buy me a bike!! now iv got one, though iv read that there not as good for street..... I also thought that you cant get as much power from pedal hops etc with smaller wheels??
  9. Just bought a DDG shooter for my mate to help him get into the game. He couldnt get on with my mod so went for a cheap stock bike from ebay. got a good deal, i think.. the frames in pretty good nick no cracks or anything, hs33 front and back, dmr bashring, chunky cranks(not sure on make) ovation hubs, planet x rims and jumbo chrome forks? also came with another working hs33 raceline in a box! all for £60 Trouble is the bolts on the stem are no good. didnt realise this till i tried some hops on it at home. Most frustrating as my mate hasnt been able to ride it yet! Anyways i was wondering whats the best set up for the stem and bars? are risers better than straight bars? and what sort of size stem should i get being 6"1? Im guessing that you dont need risers with say a 110mm 20 degree stem but im way out of my depth here. Any help explaining this would be most appreciated Thanks
  10. do indeed, add me to msn? i'll be online later on tonight - find my email on my profile :) x

  11. I see your from winch too. Didnt think there was anyone interested in trials here!! im still learnin the basics so im the the garden with sum pallets most of the time. Head over to symonds college a bit theres some awsome stuff there! You ride then?x

  12. yo, just seen you're from winch. ride much around there? x

  13. I just got myself a second hand hs33 rear brake, took me ages to fit it as i had to use the evo 2 mount. Anyway after i fitted it all was sweet and they were working fine till i snapped the crossover cable, on my first ride. think i caught it with my foot. I hope this is cuz its second hand and not a regular thing as i was only out for about an hour. It took me ages to fit the replacement and re bleed it with magura blood. Getting those barbed ends into the pipe is near on impossible! I finally did it but managed to make a hole in the pipe with a pair of pliers trying to fit the barbed attachment, which i didnt realise till after the bleed........ so theres blood everywhere i had to re do the pipe and re bleed the system. Now the brakes dont work propperly because of all the oil! What a nightmare first experience, well fiddly. Had to buy the service kit for £20 for that job which iv seen loads of people moaning about the price before. Its got everything you need, olives barbed connectors syringe a good length of thick piping and the royal blood which if i didnt spill so much i rekon i could get 3 or 4 bleeds out of it. My conclusion is, there cool if you; A. know what your doing B. have a lot of patience C. dont blaze before attempting it maintenace or D have the money to pay a pro to do it Hope this helps Also i was wondering if anyone could tell me if its normal for the frame to flex loads when the brakes are applied when i have an evo 2 mount and standard magura booster? i have a t-vee which i fear isnt strong enough for the pressure.........
  14. Hi im chris, just bought an onza t-vee (shocking i know) but iv wanted an onza since my mate got one when we were 12. Im now 23, and saw one for a bargain and thought id finally give trials riding ago. With a couple of days on the bike im happy with my progress. Im just trying to dial the pedal hop now! Im from winchester in hampshire and was hoping to find some people in or around the area to ride with as none of my mates ride basically wanting to find some people that dont mind givin a noobie a few pointers. PEACE
