I've just got one spacer on. Guess i'll have to lever the cap off then. The forks won't come with it still on.

I can't get access to my star nut as the top cap won't come off.

Hi guys. I went out to the garage to take my stem off. The problem is, the bolt on the topcap turns but it isn't actually loosening. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.
