  4. I prefer metal. Like alot of people say, its a stiff backing and I like a stiff brake on the rear. I think if I went to front maggie, i'd use plastic backings to have some modualtion.

  11. Ive recently got myself a cannondale jekyll 600 to play around on and start doing downhill. My mate managed to puncture the back tyre, and i was wondering how easy would it be to change to back to a normal inner tube? Its a Mavic X3.1 UST rim with a kenda blue groove tyre. Could i use the same tyre, just unglue it from the rim and slap a inner tube in there?
