  1. Well cant they manafacture one with more threads? I know pretty much anyone who runs a ffw would like to use middleburns, so theres definatly a market out there
  2. Supprised no one has said it yet.... Middleburn's with screw on threads magura hs33's lever body (2005), without the stupid bit that always breaks by the tpa, and with a split clamp design.
  3. Or could your tpa be max'd out? it looks pretty far out
  4. sorry sstein, but this is proberly a stupid question. If you rolling gap without a kick, you just using speed and throwing your weight, where as with a kick, your using a pedal kick, speed and weight, so why wouldnt you use a kick?
  5. +1 Nice bike, but your going to snap it like a twig
  6. Tarty notising they had two batches of Echo tubes was down to me Yeh, the echo's proberly the best one to get, the DH is a bit overkill
  7. a 19 inch one would fit fine, ive got an echo 19" in my front 20 Edit: ive got the echo 19" one in my back wheel aswell. Even though its a 19" tyre, the inner tube is good. it can take a real bashing, and feels nice and stable
  8. I prefer the freewheel on the front. lighter, better weight distribution, quicker engagement, better ground clearance, ect. I would COMPLETLY disagree with you, expect for a few days ago i got my jeans caught in the freewheel, jamming it that badly i snapped the rear axle
  9. i think the raw'd look has been done to death Those 2011 maggies levers look horrible aswell
  10. To take a quote from the famous Liam Norwood, MAN UP!
  11. Check my post, i never said 'only 3 have ever broken'. Stop being an argumentative so and so
  12. So you did say it then Nah, what im trying to say is that's a respectable failure rate, considering the amount of abuse freewheels go through
  13. Im pretty sure you said that Adam, ill find the post
  14. One word, YES! never skips, 3 out of 3000 failure rate tarty said. Big man uses one, and he swears by it
  15. Thats word of mouth, but yeh its do-able
  16. You simply miss one spoke out every 90 degrees. it is possible, but apparently a b*****d to true
  17. We're not gunna take the piss out of him cause he's 14. He's F****** awesome! even so for how old he is. Yeh, hes gunna become a monster
  18. I ment hydraulic I may have had a bit to drink last night
  19. excally! hydraulic fluid for what? car brakes? pneumatics? your talking about such a large variable. car brakes generate massive amounts of heat, which brake fluid is designed to take by haing a high boiling point. pneumatic fluid is designed not to compress under massive forces (tons). Hydraulic fluid was designed for specific hydraulic applications. magura brakes dont generate any heat, nore are there massive forces involved.
  20. hydraulics is the use of LIQUIDS, i.e water! *facepalm* edit, didnt see monkeyseemonkeydo's post :L hydraulic fluid (what ur refering to as dot 5, brake fluid) is completly different to majura blood. thats a thin, mineral oil. brake fluid will eat away at the seals, destroying them
