  1. Anyone working in stores selling the game know what the deal is with the release date? I have had a couple of game releases where the store starts selling the game before the release date (Vice City in Game). I preordered mine from HMV, what are the chances I could go in and say, hey...give me this game early, and they cooperate? Or if not go in on a monday/sunday and say, I am unable to pick it up on tuesday is there any possible way you could GIVE IT TO ME NOW?
  2. UNREAL NEW ROSTER UPDATES, CONFIRMED!
  3. This isn't redemption for you, Jarrod, you still are as insane and stupid as you were when you first joined.
  4. No, I think you should make a new thread about it.
  5. Wow, I love FellSilent, I got their EP a while back and it's gotten quite a bit of play, also looking forward to their album soon (hit me up with an advance copy please!). The UK metal scene has gotten really, really good lately, I'm loving loads of new UK bands at the moment (esp. The Arusha Accord).
  6. Probably looking at about £300-350 I think.
  7. I agree, Mass Effect is AWESOME. I really really liked it.
  8. REPETITIVE ELECTRONICA NIGHT: VOLUME 9.
  9. By that I assume you mean Omnium Gatherum, I can't see the likeness personally, but that's up to you. If you had said Meshuggah with gayer vocals, I could see where you are coming from.I also checked out wecamewithbrokenteeth, I'm not so much a death metal fan myself and I can't stand the production on the stuff I heard, anyone who mixes drums like that has to have something wrong with their ears. Super talented though, the drums in particular are ridiculous. Also anything which contains bree is not good enough (see you later SYNT).
  10. Yes, and it's the only reason I like it.
  11. The new Periphery teaser, it's insane. They are one band that is DEFINITELY going to be massive (in the scene) in the next few months/years. Listen to the future right here, probably the most talented collective of individuals on the planet at the moment. Insomnia Demo
  12. Skate is awesome, I personally love Halo 3 - I still play it alot online, but it's one of those games where you only get good after quite a while at it. Gears Of War and Call Of Duty 4 are gems, I wouldn't bother buying them though, rent them because they are both pretty short. If you like driving games Forza 2 for the realist, Burnout Paradise for the romantic. I also liked Lost Odyssey alot, but I'm a geek for role playing games. Oh and Devil May Cry 4 for a nice little platforming (not really)/action game with replay value and a really fun and deep combat system.
  13. I write in my spare time. It's fun, creative, rewarding, and you can get better pretty fast.
  14. WORKING IN EVANS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE IS THE BEST DECISION YOU WILL EVER MAKE. I KNOW I'M HAPPY.
  15. I'm not living here next year but the general price in Oxford is around £100 a week. *per person.

  17. Who produced this work of insanity. This is honestly one of the worst (and thus one of the best) television series I have ever seen. Every decision made regarding pretty much every facet of the series was clearly really, really bad, from the lazy story and writing to minute details like using Britney Spears in a car chase, every element of this program is so flawed that it makes me fiddle myself with glee everytime it is aired.
  18. Blasphemy of the highest order. You must repent.
  19. No, don't do it, the world of Trials will disintegrate without your strong leadership.
  20. I love watching Skins because it's such a train wreck on all accounts. The acting, story lines and directing are all so bad it makes it good.
  21. Welcome to Trials-Forum! Sorry, I meant to say goodbye.
  22. My honest opinion on this is that unless you are are wanting to go into specific avenues like journalism or photography or other hands-on professions, a degree and higher should be top priority. Considering the amount of people that have degrees from a university not having one is most likely going to be a large problem if you are trying to go for the same type of jobs as them. I say stick with it and try to get to University, since it's f**king awesome, and a degree really opens up doors in terms of careers.
  23. The new Textures album. It's sweet, and also ridiculously technical and epic.
