  1. Thanks I think i will go for a BBB 70mm x 35 until i can afford a hope stem And Isitafox i would but i can't stand welded stems, don't ask me why
  2. Hi, Got my self an inspired skye but i am unsure what size stem to get? I plan to be riding a streety style of riding rather like sean watson with a mix of bmxey stuff. I have been told a Hope 70mm x 25mm is a good choice but i cannot afford a hope stem due to being on a very tight budget :/ What would you guys recommended out of either a 70mm x 35 or a 90mm x 35? Adam

For anyone else in my position going from secondary school to an apprenticeship instead of college or anyone that is interested I sent them an email they said that as long as you have a GCSE at a C or above in English, science and maths your BTEC equivalents will qualify

  9. Yeah we had to do quite a few tests when we were there, hands on as well as academic which i did pass So you think i they will accept 4 A* to C and one Merit BTEC (Equivalent to a B )? Thats what i thought but GCSE do seem to be looked upon more highly than BTEC's so i started to have doubts
  10. The apprenticeship is in engineering but i will be in quality control so it will be a good mix between Computers and Hands on work. The ones i currently have are - PE, Sports Studies and the one i am hoping to use which is ICT.

  13. Hi, I recently went for an apprenticeship and I got a letter back from them saying i have obtained one of the apprenticeships they were offering. I currently have 4 GCSE's at the moment (A* to C) but i also have many BTEC grades. So my question is will they accept a BTEC as one of the 5 required GCSE's? Thanks Adam
  14. Non its just a matter of new seals which don't cost a lot at all but if I were you I would replacement the bore seal while you are at it aswell
  15. Hi, I'm looking into getting some shin guards but i am unsure on how to measure my leg? So my question is what part of my leg should i be measuring to get the correct measurements? Thanks Adam
  16. Measure it with a vernier to get the exact size if you don't have one im sure if you take it to a store that sells bolts ect or an engineering place they would measure it for you

  20. Thanks I will defiantly try this before I get rid of the booster was it carbon or alloy as I have both to try 05 slaves on a sl body with 05 internals 05 slaves on a sl body with 05 internals Ok I will try again, and any tips?
  21. Thanks alot guys i will try the brake without a booster and i will ask ali to re-grind my rim when he gets a chance as admittedly mine wasn't the best Is investing in a 4 finger lever worth it? how spongey does it make the brake feel? Thanks Adam

  24. Hi, Recently switched to Magura due to the echo 24 frames not having as disc mount but it keeps on slipping? I don't really know much about Maguras so any tips on stopping this would be great My set up is Echo 24 Echo 7075 clapms (filed down so they are washerless) Echo Sl lever body with piston ect Magura fittings and hoses ADM pads TrialTech Carbon Booster Neon rim Thanks Adam
