  8. If i were to buy a bmx i would stay clear of anything hi-tensile steel that includes that mafiabike and most other budget brands such as blank ect, as recommended above stick with cromo steel (4130).

  11. I had the exact same problem with my zoo booster (modified down to a 2bolt) all i did was i removed some material from the booster at the arch nearest the wheel with a file causing the booster to flex a bit more resulting in more bite while retaining hold.
  12. Normally you an just pull them off, but if they are stuck spray then with some gt85 and maybe gently tap them of with a screwdriver and hammer evenly until you can slide them of with your fingers.
  13. Will 3x work? didnt mean to just write a question mark :$
  14. Doubt the idea of a socket will work, i made a tool out of alloy billet using all of the cut out tabs with a very good fit and the freewheel broke the tool literally it snapped all the tabs off.
  15. I think this is a great idea, I also think you should stick with 4 videos or maybe include some mtb bmx ect, as said above there isn't much trials content and more than likely people would have seen at least one of those videos. Maybe people can vote the best videos to go in here, just a thought?
  16. I think ill stick with 3x on the disc side if it is possible? I will scrap the idea of Ti spokes and stick with steel . Been thinking about doing some cut outs on the flanges sorta like the rockman disc/echo sl, what are your views on this, will it considerably weaken the disc flange?
  17. hi, going to build a wheel up for Christmas and have a few questions. 1.Is it possible to have a radial build (non-disc) on the right and 3x on the left(disc side)? 2.where can I buy quality Ti spokes? 3.what length will I need to purchase the Ti spokes if I use this hub and this rim on the non disc side built radial? 4.what is the thread size for the echo tr axle? 5. Ti rotor bolts are they any good (the hope ones) Thanks Adam.
  18. caustic soda is for anodizing, you need some nitromorse but make sure to buy the old stuff of ebay the new stuff doesn't work at all.
  19. crank brother headsets are going cheap on chainreactioncycles at £31.
  20. Never thought of lowering the ph, but as standard you cant just pour it down a drain.
  21. Will it be worth it really? The anodizing is cheap but its getting rid of the acid at the end costs a fortune for what it is, may be worth sending them of to be anodized instead, might even be cheaper in the long run?
