  1. Depending on how harsh the grind is get onza citrus pads from rock and roll bikes £5 under half of what tarty sell them for also tarty say you can use them with a light grind but i use them on a smooth rim with tar and they worked great until i lost the last night =(. Adam

  4. hi i have a few questions so i will fire away thanks! 1. just got a new skf bb not sure but my cranks will fit properly because the bolt that holds them of is the wrong size so will that matter? also they are truvati hussefelt cranks 2.what size are the o rings used in the 04 hs33? 3.how spongy should the lever be because mine is quite spongy ? 4.what pad is best tnn LGM or rockmans blue prefer advantages and disadvantages instead of someone just saying rockman? 5.any tips on setting up hs33 with evo mounts?   6. I'm after the paint for my frame but i may consider the rim because I haven't actually go the trial tech rim yet. Rim ever been built up if so how much use and how hard was it rode. cheers Adam I'll have another look for the flouro on B&Q

  10. hi, Any one know where I can get any green fluorescent paint from. It must be work with halfords zinc primer (cellulose). Also if possible could it match the fluorescent green trialtech sport rim? cheers,Adam

  12. hi everyone, I will be getting a new 26" rear rim I will be getting either a echo tr or a try-all rear. I will be looking at these things in the rim, what can take the most grinds, strength and weight, Thanks Adam also if any one can find the try-all rear in purple that would be great!
  13. hi, I am going to strip my frame with nitromors so I was just wondering how much nitromors I will need I don't want to ott and buy loads because I wont probably use it again. one more thing what colour should I paint my frame and fork I was thing of grey and purple with green parts but any suggestions would be appreciated. Also the frame and forks are stock. Adam

  15. I'd get a pair of these DC style shoe they protect your ankles but they arn't mid cut dc shoe but if you want mid id go for nike 6.0 mid cut there at a reasonable price too. Adam

Hi, a free wheel is just like the cassete on a hub just its single speed and the free hub and the gears are in one not separate you will need a hub like a echo sl or tr which is threaded.You can also have this on the front aswell as the rear just you will need a threaded crank this setup is mainly for trials but then you will need a fixed cog on the back.But if you have a a cassest on the back you can get a single speed kit with spaces and a splined cog.links below for examples: threaded hub a free wheel threaded crank threaded cog single speed conversion kit also a link for some the benefits of a front freewheel from when i got stumped a couple of days ago... what is/ what are the benefits of a front free wheel if you need any more help just ask i will be more than happy to help Adam
