  1. Id use a compost bin instead of a garbage bin it will make you unique cover food in some bad tasting stuff and leave it out just dont let ur cat eat it.

  6. hi, I am not sure on what frame to get out of a adamant A1, ST-1 or a GU typhoon if you could point me in the right direction that would be great!!!

  8. I am thinking of getting a set of Atomz / UN Elitis ISIS cranks (170mm if this helps or will i need 175mm whats best for a stock?) and a echo sl free wheel setup up front will this work ?? cranks

  10. i could tell you the specs but i wont be able to get pics until tomorrow the crankset is - truvativ hussefelt rear wheel is mavic not sure what one but it has shimano deore lx hubs frame is a diamond back t1 before anyone mentions the crappy parts i know i got it cheap on ebay if you need any more specs just ask Thanks, Adam

Well if you want a harsh grind i would still use a set of LGM's but tartybikes recomend a deep grind and i dont think there's much difference between the the two pads except one of them is used by kenny belaey, hope i helped. Adam The LGM's are also refillable so once bought you only need to buy refills at £15 not £30 like you pay for the backings and pads I use 18-22 gearing
