Hey guys as the title says ive recently bort a kona shred frame and the bottom bracket (isis) in it is naffed to say the least and some bugga has resprayed the frame and also gone over the bottom bracket and then tried to remove it and literally ripped all the teeth out bar a couple is there any other way of getting it out of the frame as it would be a waste to have a dump such a beautifull frame ? please help i dont wana have to chuck my kona

hello guys as just gettin my bike ready to go out went to tighten my top cap up an it just keeps goin round and im not gettin anywere the person who had my forks before (echo sl's) has bodged a star nut thats to big in the and cut the bottom set of splines of it anyone the name of or were i can but the one tht goes to the bottom of the forks and u just swop the top cap bolt?

nah the bbs new ish an the cranks were fine on the other bike

Hello guys ive come across a problem and to tell you the truth its pissed me rite off lol ive just got my self a set echo cranks and the drive side went on fine but come to the non drive side and ive done the bolt up as tight as i can and the cranks wobbles asif its loose but the bolts rock tight any one help?
