Hi guys, this morning i ripped my hose off my front echo disc brake trying footjam whip thingys. oil went all over the disc and the pads. ive fixed all the fittings and re-bled the brake, but its still sh*t, i wire brushed the pads to remove the oil and i washed the disc in hot water. ive tryed bedding it in again by spraying water on it after using the brake for a while. it stays good for about 5 minutes but then goes bad again. any help? thanks

ive re-built the wheel and the spokes are a lot better. it is an echo standard wheel build. i have got the wheel pretty straight. but it still has an up and down buckle, how do i solve this?

im pretty sure the pattern is correct, but the spokes threads are coming through the nipples now, and they are not even tight enough :/

ok cheers! yeah ive stripped it down once again because i did it wrong ok cheers mate! im doing it in my lap!

so i have decided to re-build my wheel today. they are the correct length spokes and the pattern is right (a 3 star apparently but i have no idea to tension it equally, whenever ive tried, the spokes tighten to far into the nipples, which makes the thread come out of the other side. can anyone help?

tar has never let me down

i always wear gloves and always have done. the gloves i wear at the moment are a good fit, and the grips are quite hard. i've tried trialtech foams a go on my old mod, i couldn't ride them in gloves very well.. i might have to try them again. i run odi's on my bmx, they are awesome on a bmx, but i couldn't use them on a trials bike for some reason :/

They are irritating me quite badly now, i wear gloves all the time and they still get bigger and hurt when riding, does anyone know of any really soft grips? if if anyone knows of any creams i could use to treat them etc... or any gloves? could really use some suggestions guys, thanks.

well since its normally raining in buxton all the time, tar is a good thing to have on the rim
