  5. Im the only trials rider in my village and i have to quite often ride alone and i usually try to hype myself up before riding i usually do this by watching great trials videos or perhaps guzzeling down an energy drink or two and then i seem to find the ride more enjoyable and fell more motivated. Also incase of injury i try to not stray away from home to far or atleast be around friends. usually i have to hang around with the local bmxers when i dont want to ride alone. The only other thing i can think of is get to as many events as possible, comps, organised rides, shows etc.
  6. you have the right idea about not splashing out on money because one the bike is going to have to take some abuse and you may find that you dont like the sport which would then mean it was a waste but anyway in my opinion the mission is definite no because they weigh a absolute ton are unreliable and in general not a very nice bike. Your second link to the ultra lightweight onza t-vee seems pretty decent, onza t-vee's are usually fairly light and have an alright feel to them just i would suggest ivor getting an adapter to upgrade the brakes or using tar on the rims becouse vee brakes arent always up to standard and give way quite easily. and the only other thing is be careful on the cranks because running a square taper bottom bracket usual results in it rounding but apart from that i would say the onza is clearly the better choice. Welcome to trials-forum and trials as a sport Good luck!
  7. yeah i had one of these a little while back and it only lasted a while before that center peice became loose.

Hydrogen is over 14 times lighter than air and helium is just over 7 times lighter than air. If you want to know the exact weight it would save I could work it out. Requires some fairly complicated equations. I'm a chemistry student so trust me. Personally I don't think it's worth the hassle.

  20. no its not that becouse i slready thought of that and changed the rear sprocket to one which moved the whole settlment of the chain over quite a bit and thanks. nope no spacing on the bb i have it all as tightly packed as possible and i changed the rear sprocket but would prefer to not change my front :/ ill get some pics soon, thanks. Thanks alot ill delve into this further cheers Cheers, i might have to try that.
  21. Hi there, ive had my limey for a few months now and have tried to avoid this problem the whole time but nothing works. I have my wheel setup in the frame as correctly as possible but yet the chain is slowly digging away at the top end of the "rear forks" and it cant be explained as wrong chain or tension as i have run many chains and also tried tensioning them all differently. I have even bought a new rear sprocker which moved the chain over a bit but its still digging away, id like to get the problem solved before a whole appears. ive heard of this problem with other limey frames before has any body got any idea's? Cheers....
