It says your not aloud to ride a bike that does not have a seat "attached" to it, so tape a mini seat under the bike?

I am 16 and I sufferd 2 years with depression due to anxiety I was pretty much in my house the whole time felt like there was nothing to enjoy in life and nothing to look forward to, what helped me overcome depression was just me getting off my ass and doing things, doing things can just take your mind of the depression and the feeling of worthlessness.

Jump on it until its kinda in shape, then true it, done it before with a few bikes from the dump works just as new:)

Would look nicer with white rim tape, but then you would have to make it "not so stealth" onza limey 4..

If you get a new frame then it will no longer be called a "onza rip" but if you have the same rear brake mounts and headset type on the frame you are thinking of getting, then should be fine.
