just eat well and eat a lot of protein if you want to lose fat and build muscle. go to the gym and go for runs and stuff and eat a lot of chicken and you will soon gain muscle. I know i'm fat and all but this works

I've ran acera disc brakes on my xc bike for a over 6 months now and I cant fault them! amazing power, very user friendly and for their price they are amazingly good value. It seems that all of the research put in to shimano's high end products trickles down into their low end products and makes them work better than other products of the same price range. I'd definitely go for the Aceras

file down the sides of the bolt head so that you have 2 parallel straight lines, get some mole grips on the flat parts and unscrew. I've done this on around 5 disc bolt before and it worked well each time

CLS is selling a orange 5 frame for £50! got a few small cracks but for £50 that's a steal. they can probably be repaired

is there any part of the bolt sticking out from the hub? if so then use some mole grips to get it out

Hi Guys, This has probably been asked before but I couldn't find a thread that has What is a better way to paint my frame? I've already can sprayed it black and I used lots of layers but it's already flaking off. I cant be bothered can spraying it again so I was wondering what would be better out of anodising or Powder coating? I want it to last a long time and be fairly resistant to scratches if that can be achieved? Thanks in advance, Matt

buy paint from poundland, probably need like 3 or 4 cans which will cost you a grand total of...£4

it has a rear rim brake to make it cheaper to produce and sell and for the fourplay to look better as it makes the fourplay look like a better upgrade. if it was me id go for the fourplay
