  1. when i rode dj we had that large indoor spot here at emmering, called "tretlagerhalle",(google it for a few nice vids),and all the kids there were drinking red bull in loads, with just 13-14yrs. so yes, maybe an energy drink called pussy made for hello kitty fans could be the future
  2. right.funny how much exactly such behaviour is comparable to that of drug addicts lol
  3. yes, unless you go for the super tacky tennis tapes, theyre just 0.5mm and called overgrips for a reason . i´d imagine a layer of this over a normal griptape to be pretty nice
  4. that uncomfortable areas you got there were the beginning of my wrist problems... i´m using bartape now,its awesome. do you know that oldskool bartape (fabric stuff)? wrap some of this at the stress areas first, then put your outer bartape over it with the normal wrapping. sort of cushioning the areas, works a treat
  5. rule number one:if you murder someone with a bottle of milk NEVER leave the bloody bottle in your car i think thats kind of where the fbi joke was pointed at lol,got it right now
  6. kind of carving into it also helps a lot (like in bings vid),just steer your front wheel a bit in the turns direction before hitting the brake, then give a little twist with your hips
  7. i´d imagine winter mode as "spike tyres, harsh grind",the yellow ones arent even ground looking weirdly good though
  8. your avatar is pretty much pulling the face i had while reading this.but massive respect for the power martyn has even in this situation! edit:spelling
  9. take a 5mm headset spacer, file it sloped on the underside, fit a normal top cap or the headlocks one?
  10. seems to be something wrong with the backing material imo. and please, dont glue your pads to your pistons, lol(i assume this was a joke)
  11. have to say it again that i am gutted about the fact i could´ve been in that vid if i wouldnt´ve been suffering that f*cking flu when you guys met to ride. and have to say again that this vid is cool because i´ve already been at most of the spots, yay
  12. a bit late because the guys already sorted it for him. but hey,did you just give someone constructive advice? congrats,i like the new cleric
  13. pretty sure if i post he meant the nervous system i get "funny" replies saying i didnt get a joke?
  14. that may be the reason i always end up with my actual setup, which is very similar in feel to the one of my old bike, which was pretty oldschool setup-wise. very tempted to build a flux capacitor on my bike, travel back in time, kill marty mcfly, meet myself to negotiate the time/space continuum to potentially create an universe in which a high handlebars setup with rolled backwards handlebars works well on the rear wheel
  15. on that pic it almost looks like he cut down to the fabric
  16. what i am saying isnt shit, what people take out of my words is!
  17. you have both?visible differences are?
  18. noo, wasnt meant to put his mood down, its cool that he got some money back! was just my general thinking of the cost units cellphone providers have, nowadays that seems pretty outdated to me. i mean,my aldi-talk allnet flat costs 12€ a month, and that is prepaid just to explain the background of my post, sorry
  19. the fact aside that a lever designed for brake fluid will never work on a brake system for mineral oil,no.only old julies and the echo (aparently) have a low pressure, high volume system edit:oh, and an old sachs disc brake that looked like a truck brake, but had plenty of power. http://www.velomobilforum.de/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=39977&stc=1&thumb=1&d=1359838342
  20. there are seals, but to get them you have to be a distributor.aaaand, they cost 30.- a set, bullsh*t when a caliper costs 80. shimano does this with everything, spares cost more than a whole gearset for a nexus hub
  21. hypothetical credits for the win!
