  1. agree, look like you stickerbombed your shins
  2. so far i did come away lucky with not wearing my shinguards most of the time i´ve ridden yet. mate of me got bitten by his "point alien II" pedals back in the days(they leaved triangle shaped marks in his shin bone),lost a piece of shin because he got an infection. he´s fine but his leg looks like he´s been attacked by a shark while surfing, yikes
  3. as i mentioned in the other thread, its feeling long, but i´m mostly riding street and my setup is aimed at that,so it kind of fits for now. i was just playing mindgames of a tweak here and there to make it even more perfect for me. to be honest i always end up at the actual setup i have it seems to be a massive difference in effective length when having a full comp bike(said reach with those monster stems etc),but i havent found a setup right now that can be used to stretch out more on ups, without losing all the other factors on my bike i already like. might have to do with my bars rolled back and being 80mm in rise, unfortunately i cant change that because it´d kill my wrists...
  4. my frame has that geo(except for 358mm cs and 655 reach, which makes it even more feeling long at the front),and its quite trialsy without being totally un-streety.i like the way my frame rides a lot,and i´d recommend to give that geo a try. if i´d put a modlike stem on it,it would ride like a comp bike,i would just have to mount a fork with longer rake to get a bit of compy wheelbase. problem is,what suits me could be weird for everyone else, sooo, pointless post of the day somehow. if i where in the uk or you here in germany i´d happily let you jump on my bike and have a go though
  5. holy sh*t,that was crazy!
  6. i´m not hating anyone here,in a very weird strange way i find it a mix of worrying and amusing, what guillerme does to his bikes. i´m planning a nelson muntz "ha-haaa" if he´ll do it to a third frame.
  7. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zm080jEt2hc sorry i couldnt resist
  8. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xahvp_megadeth-symphony-of-destruction_music
  9. i think he meant WHAT arent you liking about tensioners?
  10. i know the background sound is probably from a street comp going on a few meters away, but it makes the video kind of awesome. comp with ghettoish hip hop-i like!
  11. got a pair of silver maggie clamps somewhere and cant find´em.but have to to test my echo tr brake for leaks on an old 4-bolt fork before its going on the bike.i want to test it before that because i´ll have to wrap new bar tape for doing it,annoying... if your better half says she´s cleaning up it obviously means you´ll not find any of your things after that hahaha
  12. i think rohloff rules, unless you go for a diy approach
  13. i´ve seen only one cracked inspired frame since theyre out,was an element at the brake mounts.so they seem to be pretty bombproof. no idea about omen, but i know for sure that marinos are strong.
  14. deine mutter! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deine_M%C3%BCdder read the guidelines,mod!
  15. yeah, move it there,2 days after that it will have a "hot" sign
  16. the triple triangle is there again too, just in a slightly different approach since gt was bought by the dorel group they suffered on a bit of mainstream fever imo, would be really a good thing for trials, and they´d be more like a "rider aimed" brand again,as that image was lost over the last years. looking forward to get some geo info
  17. seems like its not a labelled frame frome another brand, seeing the gt logo stamp at the yoke. would be cool to see gt making one!
  18. wait, youre going to throw that stuff you destroy in the right place.... ...the recycling container for beverage cans,no?
  19. i second pete m. here. i read your text and it was really touching, but after reading it i just couldnt imagine anything anyone couldve been writing to be the right words. sorry, but thats just some kind of "leaving us speechless" thing i can only wish you all the best for your healing process after your surgery and give you a tip:f*cking despite anything that´d happen in your life, never give up!
  20. thats looking quite good, despite the mud! how are you getting on with the racing line levers? and whats your stem geo, looks pretty low? now get new vids out mate!
  21. what was it about at the start though?
