Hi, I'm going to Brighton in 3 weeks this summer, are there any riders there? And I know Im probably getting shit thrown at me for this one, but have Trials-forum died out? Seems pretty f*cking dead to me, almost no replys and no new topics....
-
Have only been riding for about 3,5 months now, and I have putted this video on here somewhere, but more comments on it would be great. I had a shitload of air in the system, and one the magura mount is stripped, so the brake booster aren't working. Leave comments, an tips please!

Really nice, Where in Sweden do you live?
-
Needs a helmet. Riding was good, but the edit where anoying just as ali said.
-
No I haven't. The thing is that it would be great to order it straight from tarty

This one is really good, whatching videos have helped me alot. They are good, and you can pick up some lines and techniques just by looking at it. And then, it's really good to meat some better riders! Happy riding mate

Update, please help! Sorry for the bump

WOuld 85mm BB rise be too much?
-
Thanks for the help guys really appreciate it! Think Im going to stay with maguras for a while. I need help with a BB rise question, In what way does high/low BB change the way a bike feel?
-
Thanks guys for you help. I have many issues with my magura... Especially the problem I described earlier in the topic. Should a good set up magura be pretty much fit and ride? If that's the case, I suck... And I side hop to the left, but I can't decide... Is it woth it? ANd what disc brake shoudl i buy then?
-
I Guess there's like a shitload of other topics like this, but I can't really find any ansver... So I am a little tempted to go back to dual disc again. I've more and more started to ride in the woods, and my plastic un-square HS yellows did suck after getting some mud onto the rim, I don't know if TNN lgm pads would do the trick. And it's getting dryer now in the woods. But I'm also pretty tired of my magura, since I've had SOOOOO much problems with them. I don't know if it's supposed to be like: Set up the pads, ride, and then after some weeks grind the rim. But mine hasn't been like that. I also have a small issue, When I set up both pads good, and then start to ride, one piston pushes out, so one side is barly moving and is sitting like 0.2mm from the rim, and the other one is like really far from the rim... But anyway, I ride a MOD and are thinking of getting a disc to the rear, do you think I should do it? I ride pretty much in the city, and on a trial park. Or should I stay with magura? (Already have a pair of 2011 magura hs33) I need some help here...

Any more updates? Thinking of getting a 160mm on the rear, are they good? (mt2) Sorry of the mega bump.. :/

Thanks mate for your comment. I've heard some bad things about bionic but also some good. mostly bad though. Im just in love with the green because... Can't help it... The geo seems slighly better for me too. Alex Is a awesome rider to, tell him that haha
-
Cool mate, thinking on getting one, what's roughly the cost?
-
I think it's pretty much that this is the way forward now... Im a beginner and ride 20" so I might not be that good help. There's a brand called "Marino" that let's you do 100% custom frames and you get to choose everything! BB rise, WB you name it. You might wan't to check with them? I've heard that they are quite cheap to. LInk here:http://www.marinobike.com

Ok then Limey isn't a option. The thing is that I don't like my frame. It's not because the geometry is wrong, it's becase it sooooo flexy and just seems overall weak. And the fact that one of my magura mount is f*cked... And yes i've tried helicoil. I really like the echo frame, but as I did mention in the other reply, It would be cool with something a tad different BUT I don't know that much about Geometry, I suppose higher BB is generally better? And The Because frame have higher BB than The echo. And yes, the Onza pro color is awful haha
-
But you're much taller than me. It does atleast look like that in your videos. Im around 5.7 feet according to some converter. That's why I'm more looking at the Because. And I like the green one, And it would be fun to have something with a color on it, not just plain silver (nothing against echo's, I like them really much) And to have something slighly odd/different would be cool. And what do you mean that Because ar badly made? Does it have bad welds? Already have a Onza pro, but just something new. I already have maggies Loving your videos btw

What are your thoughts about "Because colour 20"? Geo is: Geometry (When measured with 365mm x 35mm fork, sold seperately) Wheelbase: 1005mm Chainstay Length: 350mm BB Rise: +85mm Head Angle: 71 degrees Centre of BB shell to top centre of head tube: 595mm I'm around 175 cm long.

YOOO! Im after a new frame. And wan't something very flicky and stable on the backwheel. Im going to use the frame with "Rockman 7050 risers" Don't know about the stem yet. Help with stem to would be apreciated. ANd with maguras Im 175 cm long. The choises are: Echo Team '09 Echo Lite 2011 (With BB) And the one Im probably going to buy: Because Color 20" 2012 Which one should I get? ANy help would be apreciated.
-
Do you like the change from Onza to echo?
-
100% agreed, really like the "part 2" of the video. Even though I like more 'pure' trials riding, I just find that "part 2" of Way Back Home is amazing to watch because of the filming/editing. But Neil Tunnicliffe is a awesome rider, whatch his videos.
