And also - why not Titanium? For the cost of fourplay frame you can get custom Ti TRITON frame. So WTF? This stupid Al breaks down like cookies and world coolest manufacturers can't do a good Ti/steel frame? If it's now about weight and price of Ti, about what is it? Also remember Flipp's frames for example - 4 Al frames broken in 6 months and marino lasts for 9 months.

About getting bored from trials and losing motivation - I come to trials because of Julien Dupont, Damon Watson and firstly because of Danny Mac, I've just found some videos of Julien Dupont on youtube and I very liked it, then I found Watson and Danny vid's, that impressed me more than mototrials. What I'm trying to say is thats to find your style is difficult (for me it was). Watching video is good, but if something impress you - it doesn't mean you'll like it to do. I'm started to ride trials on because 24 trials bike with brakes (bb5/echo08) and bad thing is I tried to do trials, tried to get like Watson, to copy, I was training, not riding like I want. Also local riders giving some REALLY F*ING STUPID tips like "what you should learn now, and what learn then". The result was only disappointed, and I was thinking about stop riding. But now I understand how is it - to ride properly, not to stupid repeating, not to train, to do only what you enjoy and not to listen anybody. I know how to ride and I know that I want to ride street-trials. Do not listen anybody, do what you like in the way you like it. (maybe try street-trials with brakes or not?)

After looking at new 2012 Inspired range (new fourplay weights 2.4kg!) I wondered why manufacturers use aluminum alloys instead of cr-mo steel? In trials it is clear - because of weight, but in street-trials is it not better to use steel if weight the same and durability of steel a lot higher?

So i can swap my 2.5 year old Because 2010 frame to Marino, but Marino was welded. Here the pics. Is it SO bad or not?

Rusevelt, you right. Unwanted attention from random people and other things are not so awful. I can handle it. I want to say something about our riders. There are 5 novices came to trials this year, so there must be 8 riders now, but no one of novices rides! The weather is normal - they not ride, the weather is great - they not ride. Ride alone for them just impossible(there was a case when I was going to go home after 3 hours of riding and one of them just came to spot, so I ride extra 30 minutes and went home, and what do you think he did? He went home too!). I don't know what to do with them, so I just don't care and ride on my own.

Oh yeah, the main reason of not liking of ride alone is people who staring on me. And the bad thing - 2 best local spots are in the most crowded places in my city. Probably I need to look for some spots where either no, or very few people around.

Well, about motivation, enjoying, etc.: I found that if weather is good(sunny/sunny+warm) I wanna ride almost every day. But now weather not so good and I'm often doubt about wanting or not wanting to ride this day, because I can't surely know - will I enjoy it or not. The root of the problem is that now I ride alone and there seems that I almost have no chance to ride with someone, because the most of our riders "hung their bikes on a nail", only 2 or 3 of us is left in my city. And It more difficult and uncomfy to ride alone.. But I still ride and don't want to stop. Who rides alone and how it feels for you?

It's personal, but higher psi = lower chance of puncture.

Do you satisfied with your results in trials? And maybe you should just ride for fun? Not for result?

It would be nice to remove because stickers and set one-style wheels.

After I paint my helmet I thinked about painting bars and frame, and I need some advice, because I never done that. Can someone describe in details all process? Frame are painted, bars are just polished aluminum.
