  1. Thanks for the good comments Remember to breath during your pedal kicks/ lift weights. Yeah i'm going put them together sometime. :wink2: Yes you are right this is the rail gap where Ryan Leech's tire slips out and he smashed his balls hardcore on his top tube in the Evolve Video. The rail or his tire must have been wet that day.
  2. Heres some driveway action on the Hoopty Zebdi. Hope it was worth your while. Yeah i know, I'll start wearing a helmet.
  3. Yeah i love riding street. I plan ride with the camera with me so i will hopefully have some urban clips. yeah i gotta get familar with sometype of editing program.
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DokbaybgfKk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZT2FwuXBJY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hp5cqPVXSkU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deb0ZfikTek it didnt let me load all the clips. they all work at this site http://www.observedtrials.net/vb/showthread.php?t=46059
  5. Yeah it is a bit a a frankenstein bike but i like it. Thanks for the input Had a 90mm stem, i like this one better. Lol it does kind feel like a mod bike up front. I put the planet x for beside the echo one today that is on the bike and bike and it appears to be almost exacty the same in geometry. The planet x for puts the wheel a little more forward but the fork legs are the same length. This pic i took from a crouched position, it may make the bars seem taller than they are.
  6. Yeah the bars are definatly up there. Gives alot of leverage over the front end. The rockman stem is not able to be run with spacers on the top of the stem due to the sloping angle and special top cap. Dont want to cut the steerer too short too soon (forks are new). It will probably stay like that unless i feel it needs to go lower as i ride it more. I have carbon spacers that im going to replace the stack of aluminum ones with. See if they hold up/creak. Happy with it now, i might get an alternate shorter stem to try out to switch up geometry to bring the bars a little closer to maybe do some streetier/bmx like tricks(180s 360s). Rotation is easier/more controlable with shorter stem i think. Love the leverage for the trials moves(pedal kicks, sidehops, and ups in general.) as it is now. All about sweet trials moves for now. I gotta give it a paint job too to spruce it up. Will eventually get maxxis holy rollers 2.4 front and back im thinking. 2.4 may be excessive for the front though we will see. Would sure be cushy/bouncy. I love my new lousie 203mm brake up front and would like one on the back but i do not have a disc rear wheel. Love the king engagement and dont want anything less after using one. my king hub works great still. Just not ready to shell out the cash for a king disc hub/new rim. Time to find some tar for my rear hs33s so they lock well.
  7. ive never used any specialized pads. I need to find some asphalt tar. Rub some on the rim for good brakes. Its basically free too. Will squeal like no other but works well. Want stickier brakes just put more on. Need to find somewhere they are paving a new road/repaving and grab a chunk of tar that is laying around. Rub a little on the rims for the brakes to lock up well. I havent tried any pads yet that companies sell but eventually will probly try the rockmans. As far as im concerned tar is real deal. Just got to find some again. If you are sick of sticky brakes you just let the tar wear off and you have regular brakes again. Spin the wheel and apply as neccesary. A little chunk lasts a very long time. I actually had alot of it at one point but then threw it out. I wish i didnt.
  8. Fun obstacle for everyone! And functional. It has been reinforced aswell for the stresses of trials/bashrings. I love my picnic table.
  9. Yeah the stem/bars gave the bike a really sweet rise, good for someone like me 6 ft with long arms. Front end is superlight compared to before. Had planet x steel fork and hs33s and chunky shorter stem. Rear wheel manuvers/sidehoping is easier then before. Geometry feels better then ever.
  10. post a pic. If the threads are completely gone then there is no material to tap to the same size. Sounds like you need a new part. Could get someone to weld the hole shut then drill and retap it.
  11. was hopping over trashcan but camera has big delay and couldnt get a good shot. Cant wait for good weather!
