Try doing so streching during your ride..tilt the hand backwards etc..might do you good the following day...otherwise sounds like you should just keep at a week or two. If the pain is still there see the doctor.

Hi just wondering how the average rider has ther cockpit setup....stem,spacers and riser bars in many combo's...so the question is vertical hight from the ground to topside of grip's.....thanks....ps. On my hex im rocking 102cm....

Its kinda normal on squared bb, hence the switch to Isis and later on external bb ala hollowtech....glad you didnt hurt yourself.

option B...the avid had a better fell/modulation, at least from my experience.. And Stopping power is great...Not saying BB7 is not good, but i would without a doubt go for option B.

Remove the pads, give them a light sanding(use sandpaper) same with the disc and reinstall....watch out to get anything on the disc...do a few hard stoppings and hopefully you good to go...

both are great bikes. Ive had a fourplay(2009) and a hex (2011).....either one and you should be good to go...

yes leave a little hard skin back, but the thicker the layer the eaiser the skin around/above will split..And no its not a joke i do cut mine off, been during it for 20+ years due to bmx,mtb,mx...

In NZ ive only been the the southern island, but it rocks(Arthurs Pass, Milford sounds etc...try google it and you will see (much better in real life than on pics..))..amazing nature, kind people and a lot of sports going on...Have a nice trip. if in Australia Sydney&Melbourne are nice as well, good riding in both cities...

i use a Stanley knife to cut of the callous when they get to big(you could also use sandpaper and grind them away)...When they get to a certain size the skin above seems to rip/crack and as a result bleeding/annoying wound occurs(at least it does for me.).

+1 on the leaky hs33 2011... I got a new pair on warranty (3-4 weeks handeling time from magura), think its a 2 year leakfree warranty.. Water/oil it should NEVER leak...

used them but they startet to leak(got a new on warranty). seems to work great as long as the dont leak. My leak came within 3 weeks, no crashes or anything, just the internal parts where rubbing... Now im back to a 2004 lever.
