  1. Very nice. You could always over bleed your brake if you run out of TPA with the pads.
  2. Just read it on facebook. This is a good move for Ashton in my opinion. Those Ashton/Diamond back bikes were awful.

^^^Don't listen to him Ben he's a paedo and just wants to touch you in the back of his car. He's done it before and he will do it again! Nice little vid by the way. It really made me want to go out on my trials bike and I haven't had that feeling for a while.
  4. This is actually more fun than I thought. Again what you really mean is..... "if you dont want to argue dont post shit up about my past and about my rents not loving me you know this is going to effect me and you do this because you know it will so i suggest you just keep your mouth shut" I can't help but advise you to take your own advice again. My advice is shhhhhhhhhhh.
  5. So what you really mean is... "so whats your problem ? you one of them people who just like to rub things in or somthing... and why sticking your nose in where its not wanted ?" I'll reply here. You're the one with the problems as you've let everyone on the forum know, I'm not one to rub things in and What has this thread got to do with you? Is it alright for you to "stick your nose in where its not wanted"? I've got just as much right to respond here as you. I'll quote one of your personalities with some advice you should take. "lol i had a chat with tristan thats why i sadi what i said,,,,,,,,,,how about you lot take a forum less seriously LOL T.F MAKES ME LAUGH MOST DAYS" I've got no interest in arguing with you. In regards to the actual thread. I'm sure the boys at Tartybikes will sort you out in any way they can. You might have to be patient with the manufacturer though.
  6. Are those the days when you're not taking shrooms, biting peoples, ears off and kicking the shit out of random people because daddy didn't love you?
  7. Just so everyone knows the talk of M6 holes is wrong. You drill the hole out to 5.2mm NOT M6.
  8. you do know you'll be able to bang a star nut in the trialtech forks?
  9. A new set of cylinder washers can help setting your brake up square. These bad boys.
  10. You can't ever get around the fact that they have wrote Simpie on the side of the frame. I think Simpie is a better name than Simple too hahaha its too funny.
  11. I doubt you'll find proper purple rim tape. I'd try and get hold of some purple insulation tape and use that. A quick Google search shows it does exist.
  12. I've got it in a little Jiffy bag next to me ready to take the post office on Monday.
  13. I might be totally off the mark here but maybe this might be good for you? It's and old school trials frame that makes a decent XC/piss about bike I'm after £300 + postage for it. Forgot to mention its got old school Hope hubs too.
  14. I've got a spare one totally unused its yours for £20 posted if you're interested?
  15. What brake pads are the loudest? HAHAHAHA
  16. If I were you I'd get down to a local bike shop and get a decent bike box off them and some extra cardboard to pack it out with. A bike bag is going to be pretty expensive and I think a well taped up bike box with plenty of cardboard inside for packing would do a better job.
  17. What about a couple of tiny grub screws into a small slot/hole in the bearing?
  18. No chance. They are solid frames mate. That's a great deal on a bike too. Most of the parts on that bike you get on the sky bikes. You wouldn't be disappointed if you bought that bike and you certainly wouldn't break it any time soon.
  19. ^Clockwise. You need to get the arm to spring downwards when you push it up to tension the chain.
  20. Tell your mate to stop being a little bitch about all this and be honest with his parents. If they spot it tell them what happened and don't make up some stupid bullshit story. People who can't just tell the truth about shitty little things like this annoy the shit out of me. Even if you got the dent out somehow the frame would be worse off than is it with the dent.
  21. I can't believe he's actually put his "custom splitter" on his bike. It's been sat on his desk for over 12 months. Nice bike Stan but its not orange enough.
  22. Right boys and Girls thanks for all the advice. This is what I've ended up with. Base layer Mavic Equipe £24.96 ChainReaction Under cracker shorts Endura Click fast mesh liner £16.99 ChainReaction Endura Superlite Shell Shorts £47.99 ChainReaction Endura Gridlock Overtrouser £37.99 ChainReaction Endura MT500 Jacket £132.99 ChainReaction Northwave Contact Gloves 2011 £17.99 ChainReaction Sealskinz Mid Thermal Socks £24 Ebay Shimano AM41 MTB SPD Shoe £59.99 Cyclecube I'm still waiting for my shoes to turn up from Cyclecube but I've tried everything else on and it all feels like really good stuff. I'll stick another post up here when I've been out in the real world and got wet and muddy. I'm pretty happy with everything I've got it all feels like really good quality stuff. In total I've paid £362.90 Which is a lot more than I really wanted to spend but I think I've made the right choice. We'll soon see. Hopefully this will help other people out there looking for the same kind of gear.
  23. At least you're consistant Dave. I still love you even if you have got shit tattoos.
  24. You are a freak and I mean that in the best possible way.
  25. I'm looking at getting some kit for winter to keep me warm and dry. I don't want to spend a fortune on stuff either to be honest. I wont be riding in too harsh of weather because I'm a fag but it would be nice to keep dry if it has a bit of a rain while I'm out. The main thing I'm looking for is water proof kind of shoes. I've got a habit of sticking my feet down in muddy sludge and puddles so it would be nice if they could handle that. Also I'm tempted to try spds but I don't want to be limited to only spds I'd like to be able to walk normally. I was looking at these but I've got no idea where to start to be honest. Some water proof socks would be nice too. Next on the list would have to be a decent base layer/Jacket and trousers/shorts. Anyone who's in the know I'd really appreciate the advice.
