I've rode the shit out of mine the last couple of weeks and there's hardly any wear at all. My brake is either locked or not with these pads. I don't use my rear brake to slow down. I found the small coust pads wore down really quick and got rounded easily too. What kind of grinds were the people you saw pads wear down using? (That sounds so wrong)

TNN LGM pads are the best I've ever used. You only need a really light fine grind and they work amazing. They are unreal. I've had original and Heatsink coust pads and the LGMs piss all over them.

Obviously I don't know your situation but Doctors are always telling people they wont be able to do things ever again to cover their backs. If you ride comps you get points for putting your feet down. So if you are a good rider you wouldn't have any points hence pointless.

I thought I remembered you mentioning yoga once before. My only experience of it so far is what you get on Wii fit + There's only about 18 poses on it. I've found its made me concentrate on my breathing a lot more and found working out in the gym to be easier. I've just bought another yoga game for the Wii which should have a lot more to it. Its great using the Wii because it shows you your centre of gravity and gives you feedback. I'm going to give another vote to the Z610. I got a new one a couple of weeks ago and after the first ride I could move my wheel back in the dropouts to where it was with a worn in Z610. So that's not a lot of stretching that it's done.

I bought a wii a couple of weeks ago and I've been doing a bit of Yoga. I suffer from a bad back every now and then and I've found doing yoga has been helping with it. I was wondering if anyone else has done any yoga and what they think of it? I've only been doing it a couple of weeks and I already feel more flexible and springy when I'm riding. I'm not sure if its just a mental thing or if it is actually helping me. Anyway I'd like to hear peoples thoughts on it.

Yeah I do agree with you. Not everyone is going to read all of the guide lines etc because most people are too lazy to do things like that. I think its better to accept that most people will just post here willy nilly and you've just got to guide them rather than attack them.

I can see where both of you are coming from. It would be easy for him to search and find what he's looking for but if everyone did that then there wouldn't be half as many posts. I think if a question isn't on the first page then there should be no problem in asking it. It is a pain when people are constantly asking the same question but instead of just telling them to use the search function why not do it for them and show them the results? It would be a boring place if everyone just read over old posts and never posted.

That's where the difference is mate. You should be fine with pretty much any combo though to be honest.

There are a lot of Knobs on here to be honest myself included. It all depends what mood you catch people in. I've noticed a some people like ganging up on people too Probably the best thing to do is just ignore them and not rise the to the bait but that can be a bit of a task when its so easy to argue back ha ha.

It does my nut in when people tell new members to use the search function. This is "Trials-Forum" not "Trials-Database" How are these people meant to get validated when they can't ask a simple question without getting bitched at? Just answer the lads question instead of telling him go and find it out himself. It's a lot nicer to have someone respond to your question rather than having to look through old posts. This is meant to be a community where we help each other out, not a database of information. Anyway I usually run about 15-18psi in the back and about 20-25psi in the front. It really is down to what feels best for yourself though.
