erm I think its pretty much anytime you want. I'm sure if you bought a brand new frame walked out the shop and then took it back into them and said can I have a half price replacement? They'd go yep sure thing you crazy b*****d and sell you on there and then. I think this is because they still make money on you with the replacements.

Think about this for a moment. If your friend started a bike shop selling trials parts would you try and help them by advertising their busness to people? or would you just leave them to it? Phil and Mike are both good friends of mine so I try and help them with promoting their companys.

I've done it plenty of times with my knee's, shins and pube bone. It makes you feel all sick and dizzy and you have to walk round then sit down for a bit. As far as i'm concerned it totally normaly.
