you also need to swap the bearings in the freehub body which requires the use of a king tool. I've poped a couple of the bearings aprat too which takes a fair bit of fiddling to get them back together.

I find magura discs never keep the same bite point its always changing. one second it will pull to the bar pump it up a bit and it will be back to where you want it. I think its just the way they are.
