  1. I tried to mount my rear 810 Saint caliper and it seems that it is too far out. The inner pad rubs and I cannot push the caliper further in. This didn't happen with the same (Hope) adapter and Magura MT5 brakes. Could I just use washers in between the frame and the adapter, just like you do with an IS Hope Trialzone caliper?
  2. Yep. I don't really know why they went for white back in 2012. The guy doing the power coating did a great job. Looks flawlessly. If I could only get those rims in black. I may go for the new Inspired Team V2 ones but they are only 34mm wide. The Stiffys are 40.
  3. Black front end now. Brakes will be mounted today. Inspired Fourplay Custom² by niconj, auf Flickr Inspired Fourplay Custom³ by niconj, auf Flickr Inspired Fourplay Custom¹ by niconj, auf Flickr
  4. OK. Coolness factor x10. Been there, done that. Not for me anymore.
  5. What's the weight saving? 20gr. for both bolts? Not worth the money seeing that I could save more than half a kilo just by switching to Inspired Team V2 rims.
  6. Thanks. Totally forgot about this one. I'll use it today in my Spanish class. We are going to start a new unit with Barcelona as the subject.
  7. I'm pretty sure torque wrenches are designed/adjusted to be used on clean/dry screws without any grease on them. If you use grease, a torque wrench set to 5Nm will most likely click later = more torque than you've actually wanted. I've got the Syntace one and have tightened screws (without any grease on them) for years without any problems. Especially for those super lightweight road bike handlebars it comes in handy. With grease = 20-25% less torque. Let's say you want to tighten your handlebars to 5Nm. With grease on the bolts you would need to set your torque wrench to about 3.8Nm. Or if you set it to 5Nm, you'd actually be using around 6.2Nm.
  8. A nazi married to a peruvian. That's a fine combination.
  9. Trials Forum. No trials in this video = boring.
  10. It took me 3 1/2 years to properly hit my tailbone. Makes me think that it isn't very likely. Think about it this way. Did you try to drop from 1.50m?
  11. I suppose that it isn't really necessary but it reduces the torque you need quite a bit. I even use it when mounting aluminum bars. It reduces those clicking sounds of the bar especially when it's anodized. I don't use finish line though. Dynamic assembly paste is my favorite. Probably the same though.
  12. Ok. So he has some problem. I'm sorry I didn't know. Won't happen again. Kinda pointless to discuss about this in this thread. The video was awesome.
  13. Exactly what I expected. A lot of fuss about nothing.
  14. If you cannot read don't try to be smart. Here it is for you: "As you give with my [READ the quote below the line I wrote]". Even for you this may make sense now.
  15. Frankly, I give as much shit as you give with my And you diagnose psychological problems by Get outta here! I'm wondering why you care so much about an intended joke when somebody else insults him directly. Hippocrates!
  16. It's a pretty long shot to see uploading and deleting videos as a symptom for some illness so yeah... Everyone's fighting a battle inside... which book did you get that from... it's trials forum, not a f**king support group.
  17. In fact, the only thing I know is that it was his trademark to upload videos only to delete them after some hours. I wondered why but if this has to do with some serious problems, a comment on a forum is the least he has to worry about.
  18. So it's basically the same frame just with a different color and more expensive?
  19. World champion in track? Nice riding by the way. The video was too long though in my opinion. Too many pictures of riding spots you didn't actually ride in the video.
  20. Why is it still online?
  21. I feel like I've seen this video before. Have you uploaded (and deleted) it some time ago already?
  22. So it actually doesn't really matter on which bike you are.
  23. I think this is a very interesting setup. Rear hub and rotor and disc tab are custom made and he told me that it flexes only a bit more than 20''.
