  1. And she doesn't know how to track stand? Interesting.
  2. How come he doesn't know? Has he just begun with track riding?
  3. Does this really matter when only doing trials?
  4. Does the super tacky bring any performance boost over the normal dual ply 60a?
  5. Is this a broken and wrapped spoke on the front wheel?
  6. I was just thinking about another thread where those bar angles were the supposed cause of Try All Carbon bars cracking....
  7. Wouldn't a different stem (lower and shorter) do the same with a "normal" bar angle?
  8. Interesting as there seems to be a wide consensus that they are quite the contrary.
  9. How did you get them out of the backing? With metal backings I just put them into the oven at 150°C and they just "pop" out. Oh... and how long do these pads last? My TNN LGM green weren't very durable. I ride yellow heatsinks now.
  10. Where do you get them from? All I can see on Trialtech's homepage are the orange ones with plastic backing.
  11. I did. I wished I had bough it from a shop but unfortunately I saw 40L as a good bargain....
  12. Lol. Doesn't make any sense. I bought it off this forum and am not sure what to think of it obviously. I don't think that such a defect gets by unnoticed.
  13. I don't think that this would change anything as the radius stays the same and both clamps move equally.
  14. I have tried Tensile 99 AND Trialtech SL Carbon bars. Both with the same result. Böse Zungen würden behaupten, dass mir hier wissentlich fehlerhafte Ware verkauft wurde.
  15. Well, the clamp movement is like when the bolts aren't tightened and you can move the bar up and down. They should pull together enough to not move anymore when tightened but they do and it's annoying! When I tighten the bolts there is almost no gap on the front where the bolts are.
  16. Today I've figured out that it's not the bar that is actually slipping but the clamps that move up and down. I made marks on the stem and while the bar stayed in it's position(relative to the clamps), the clamps moved up and down depending on whether I was leaning hard on the bar or pulling it. I really don't know how to counteract this as I don't want to tighten the bolts further. I have already reached more than the max torque. Shouldn't have bought a used stem...
  17. Or the ones using Tocco or Racing Line levers.
  18. Nope! I've already installed it and it doesn't help pad rocking.
  19. Yes. I do have pad rocking and it's pretty noisy. Is there any way to get rid of it?
  20. It's not a Because frame, is it? Had the same problem and went for the half link KMC Z610 combo. Works well since I've mounted it. I might not be a good trials rider but I do have strength in my legs and this combo hasn't failed.
  21. I disagree. I put my snail cam in that way and on the first failed sidehop it was bent. I turned the new ones around and now I push down so that the tail of the cam is still above the chain stay. Anyways, if we're only talking about tightening the chain, either way is good.
  22. Ahhhhh ok. I was actually surprised when I updated from the Hope to a FFW for that thing to happen.
  23. I get you. I actually like it on my MTB. Yours is doing noise when pedaling as well or what do you mean with that the FFW is quiet when you "push"?
