Seeing as this is one of the few photos that got over 100 likes on my social media, might be worth posting here.... (if you zoom in on my back wheel, you can see all the phat dents from gaps )

I had standard pads in my saints, I always dribble some water on, pull the brake a fair bit, wipe rotor clean, dribble water again, and it's golden, did the same to bed in the slx. That being said, the saints are 4 pot and 4 finger lever and they performed worse than a 2 pot 2 finger slx, so the pads are definitely a deciding factor...

On my echo, I had a set of 2016 slx's. Couple layers of duct tape on the backs, they were completely fine. What shocked me the most though is that I used the STANDARD PADS. And they were f**king ridiculous! Shimano is stepping their game up... (Slx rotor too, of course.)

There's a good fair few of us in the West Midlands area..

It would be great if it would hold with just the bolts- however, it still shifts without tensioner, albeit less. Marks suggestion is what I do- one on the outside. get it in place, fit and forget! Bar minor adjustment due to chain stretch...

Falling off comes free with ANY frame that's presented to me... But this one is pretty on edge

I had a set on my old mod, they lasted a month of riding and went through the canvas. I wasn't very nice on them admittedly, loads of gravel and sliding most days, but my tryall lasted 5 months before it reached the same stage- both felt as grippy as eachother.

Vincent hermance was using them at the comps this year. He seemed pretty happy with them.

That just makes your candidacy more likely in my eyes..

A few things I'd like to say as a bump: Im presuming the song is cut/ modified or a different version, as when it cuts into the chorus there's a large space of zero beat before it in the original- however, that music change to Ali's up to front over electrical box to downwhip is one of my favourite lines. two others: flipps nose manual to 180/half cab 180- the camera work with the music is perfect, top notch mark. and when the word "love" is said in the song timed with when Flipp drops to the ground from the hook/revert 180 out again is just perfect. aaron and Ben, also smooth as feck

I was super excited when I saw the link appear on Facebook. I don't know Aran personally, but I'm a big fan of what he does on the hex. The style he has on that thing is unreal.
