EDIT: If it's an ISO,
A friend of mine ran a BB5 on the rear of his stock for a while and he had the same problem as others have said, the disc bites, but it doesnt hold. No matter what he did to the setup it always slipped.
You could maybe consider a Juicy 7? From what I've seen of prices here in the UK it's the same as the Code 5 and I've heard some good things about them, on the front anyway. As Psycholist said you could also try the Formula ORO K24, as they're cheaper than the Code 5 here in the UK, I dont know how prices compare to where you are.
One of the problems I see with the code 5 is that it's 4 pot, this will offer more modulation but not as much straight up bite, obviously that's what's important in trials which is why we all run 2 pot brakes.
Brand whore
For me it's shorts under trackies while im warming up, any tee, adidas monaco gp shoes. Usually have a zip up hoody to hand also just incase.
Maxxis Minions are good, as are High Rollers. Swamp Things have quite an open pattern but are still alright.
Most people tend to go dual ply tyre, normal tube, or single ply tyre, DH tube. If you're a megabasher and don't care about weight get a dual ply tyre and DH tube, pretty much puncture resistant.

Anything from there really.
If you dont mind weight get a DH tube, if youre light and smooth get a welterweight, if you're somewhere in between just get a standard tube from your LBS.
I ride with standard 130g Kenda tubes front and rear in my mod and have very few problems.
Rides so f**king well, I've improved loads already, cant wait for the rest of summer.
It's got matching brakes now, once I've got the new forks on I'll whack a few more pics up.

240mb HD version.
Well nice editing and general filming style, and good riding too. More videos like that please!
3 tubes, tools (8mm, spoke key, two multi-tools, chain tool, a single motorbike tyre lever), deodorant, wallet, phone, ipod, keys, chewing gum and a hoody, in a Dakine bag, want a decent sized Camelback though.
