Your best bet is probably trying to get hold of Hotlines, http://www.hotlines-uk.com/ Tel: +44 (0) 1314 452 600 They're the UK distro for Sun Ringle

    Spokes

I would have said if you don't know that you can get different length spokes you shouldn't be building your own wheel.
  6. Looks a lot nicer. Nice one.
  7. I was the guy walking around Castle Park with you for about an hour, incase you were wondering, then as you all went off to the Bear Pit, I went into town. Was good to meet more people!
  8. If you tap the edges in with a screwdriver eventually you can push it sideways then pull it out with pliers. I did two like this from my Megamo forks, worked fine.
  9. T-UK is getting the new stuff in in a few weeks.
  10. Very comprehensive post. Nice one mate.
  11. I have an '06 rear Mono Trial and it's f**king awesome. From what I've heard about the 07/08 ones they're even better so I'd go for them if I were you.
  12. Yeah it's worth weighing up the components as you build the bike up because claimed weights aren't often 100% correct, especially with things like tyres. I've read all sorts of weights for Eagle Claws, some under 1k, some over. Also spokes aren't 50g. 32 262mm spokes are about 150g-200g, I know mods spokes are about 2/3rds of the weight but you're still talking about 250-300g for both wheels. Oh and what 73g grips you running?! Try all foams weigh about 20.
  13. I'm going to bed. Seeing Atmosphere and Brother Ali tomorrow with my friend from London. Also seeing the wife, happy days! Gonna be an end to an awesome weekend (besides the Beau news )
  14. Mitts - H2O is such a f**king tune. Just Haz and I online tonight, sucks
  15. Here are a few others I worked on but wasn't happy with, bearing in mind this is about 90 minutes work for all of the ideas in this thread...
  16. Out of interest, what defines proper logo? It's just a simple logotype really, I didn't think it needed to be extravagant but if you could give me some examples you think are better suited for a mobile valeting company I'd welcome some creative input.

    Camcorders

I know it's a bit above budget but try get hold of a Panasonic NV-GS 330. It's 3CCD which means the quality is a lot better than a single chip camera. They go for about £325, but you might be able to find an older model for cheaper on ebay.

  19. Currently hacking it down complete with thunder and lightening. If the weather is good I'll be out and about with the wife so if I see anyone I'll pop over and say hey.
  20. Nice one, really liked that.
  21. Can't more people release 36h lightweight rear rims? I don't really want to buy another CK ISO shell just so I can get a lighter wheel set built up .
  22. Frame forks bashring BB front brake rear brake snail cams chain cranks grips bars headset headset spacers front hub rear hub pedals quick release rim tape front rim rear rim front spokes rear spokes front nipples rear nipples sprocket stem front tube rear tube front tyre rear tyre It's worth getting a couple of decent sets of scales. I've got some desktop ones here which go up to 5k which i'll be weighing my bike on as I build it up. I'll keep the forum updated with weights
