Yeah that's what I was thinking. Still working on that section, it probably is too big, but cheers for the feedback. Annoying thing is on my screen here the exposure looks spot on, yet when it's exported it seems completely unexposed, which I'm obviously gonna have to work on before it goes out properly. I'm gonna check out some other shit before I finalise it, still got a few photos to take, including one which will be make or break, really want to get it shot but the weather has taken a turn for the worse and time is running out, so there is a big possibility that wont even be the cover shot.

Skateboard decks aren't flat, the entire deck is concave. Good example there after a few google searches. Ignore the fact the laminate is splitting, we're talking about the fact that the edges of the deck are higher than the centre. I assume it is, because of the blocks of wood you have in the centre of the press.

What's the problem with having Bridge etc. on there? They hardly take up any room and if you use it properly it's actually a really useful app.

Mine came within a week and they marked it as a gift, so no customs charges.

Just leave activity monitor open, and have a look, could have been OS X running background processes to try and clear up some disc space for swap files and such.

A years worth of lessons, what does that even mean? So between your first lesson and taking your test it has to be a year? In which case you could do one a month for 12 months and then do it? Or you have to do 8760 hours worth of lessons before you can take your test?
