For me, I was before topup fees, so £1200 for tuition, but bump that to 3k. First year housing was about £2700 Second year was about £2000 Third year about £3000 Bills are around £20 a month each, for gas and electricity, but come every three months, food shopping you're looking at about £40 a month, can go less depending on what you buy, if you dont treat yourself and dont eat loads you can survive on less (I usually eat 1 or 2 meals a day, and usually raw ingredients to make stuff myself so it works out a lot cheaper). Over the three years you're now looking at about £20k, whereas for me it's worked out about £12k

Neither of you are world class riders, or even regular competition riders, so why do you mess around with super light parts so much? Bike looks good though, could shave some weight if he stripped it and had it anodized though
