  1. I got mine with 2 Monty rotors and a standard rotor too
  2. Will need a bashguard but apart from that looks okay.
  3. The reason skateboarders do it is because the rubber is always curing, thus getting harder. They may buy say 3 or 4 sets of wheels at the beginning of the year, and put 3 sets in the freezer, one on the board, then when they wear out, get a set out of the freezer and they last longer because they've cured more due to the cold. I suppose it would work with pads, but not worth it for a few days, try maybe buying 3/4 sets of the same pads and putting them in the freezer then seeing if you notice any performance difference.
  4. Well it's simple really. R = Radial, 1x = 1 cross, 2x = 2 cross, etc. As it's a rear wheel, I'd suggest 3x, so non drive side = 258.6 and driveside = 257.9. They'll probably be rounded to 258 on both sides. (I put that the rim/hub are 36h, if they're 32, then will be 262's both sides.
  5. I don't really give a f**k about internals. Heard if you get careful with the spring retainer plate you can get them all out, but doesn't really fuss me, as long as it isn't f**ked. Thought that was the case though, nice one.
  6. I have a 36h CK BMX ISO rear hub (which uses the same hubshell as a normal CK) I need a 32h ISO hub. Surely if I can find someone with a 32h ISO hub, who wants to swap for a 36H ISO hub, I can just pop off my locking collar, axle and driveshell, and swap them from one hub to the other? If this is right, awesome, so... If anyone has a Black 32h ISO CK, and would like to swap for a Black 36h ISO CK, then please please please PM me!
  7. Didn't see the link earlier, but yeah, no one will beat my bargain, £30 for the rear, £45 for the front. Shazzam!
  8. No you'll need an Apple Powerbook G4 logic board, will probably go for about £1-200 on ebay (which is pretty much the only place to get them, unless you go to Apple then it will cost around £4-500) Do you know the rest of the machines specs? If it's 1/2 years old it will be a MacBook Pro, Powerbooks were discontinued in I think June 2006. If it's a Powerbook, keep your eyes on these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Apple-15-Powerbook-1...p3286.m20.l1116 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Logic-Board-1-5GHz-1...id=p3286.c0.m14 If it's a MacBook Pro, you'll need to find out if it's a Core Duo or a Core 2 Duo. You should be able to find this out by taking the battery off and looking at the specs inside there. You're looking at around £200-300 for a Core Duo logic board if you can find one. If you go to Apple will be about £5-600 I would imagine. Nick (nc7r) might be able to help you out with prices and stuff, infact if you post the serial number in here, he can check the spec for you http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MacBook-Pro-Core-Duo...id=p3286.c0.m14 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Apple-MacBook-PRO-A1...p3286.m63.l1177 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Apple-MacBook-PRO-2-...p3286.m63.l1177 Those are all Core Duos, if it's a Core 2 Duo you'll need a different logic board because the ports and such are all different, was a minor revision but they changed the whole case. Hope this has helped.
  9. They're Mono Trials aren't they
  10. But the Kamel is all humpy and that couldn't be further from it if it tried.
  11. Could you please try punctuating your posts so they're slightly easier to read?
  12. Where are the similarities to the kamel?
  13. I want 36h purely because then I don't have to drop £45 on a new hubshell too!
  14. Aaah I see, well I thought it was worth offering up, lots of people seem to have a decent eye when it comes to stuff like that, and you never know, could end up with something really good.
  15. Are people incapable of taking pictures side on?
