  1. The first thing I though when I saw the picture was 'oh my god, you stole Tarty's wall'. But yeah I know there's only so many ways an industrial unit can look. Interesting about the walk-in shop. That's pretty cool. Oh, and the bike looks nice too (isn't that what this topic is about? )
  2. I decided to change it. It's now Girls by the Beasty Boys.
  3. Mine goes like "Ring ring. Ring ring. Ring ring." Then that carries on unless I answer it
  4. Ten out of ten for pedanticism. Bravo.
  5. It'll work fine, just plug it in. Your 6800 will probably have one VGA port and one DVI port on the back, right? If you need two x VGA, then you'll need to find a DVI > VGA adapter for the second monitor (so you can plug it into the DVI port). Or, if one of the monitors supports DVI, get a DVI cable for that one. Next to f**k all. You should have got one with the graphics card. I did with mine.
  6. The blue arrow is just the outside of the driven ring, that's just how it's pressed into the hub shell. You can't see the helical spined bit on that photo.
  7. If you can work out the ring drive mechanism from that cut-away, you're a genius. That basically shows nothing of the engagement system http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_inf...;products_id=31 £29.99
  8. Well, a typical page on trials-forum is 250kb, but a full one (I.e. 40 replies) can be around 700-800kb. Email really isn't very much, something like 4kb for a text-only message, less than 50kb for most even with loads of images (E.g. my last Amazon newsletter with all their offers is only 42kb). Youtube is about 6 mb per minute, ish. I dunno about you, but I probably would use up a 2Gb allowance on TF alone There are certain programs that can monitor your usage, switch it on for a day and see how much you use? Or just check your network connection if you don't use the network for file sharing/whatever.
  9. If you've got the brain to do A-levels, you'd be a total idiot not to. If you're going to struggle, then that's a different matter. But then full time work in a minimum wage job is not much fun either. Plus the most depressing thought is you could go work in Tesco aged 16 with a couple of GCSEs to your name, and go nowhere for the next 49 years until retirement. Imagine that. A-levels and uni for the win I reckon
  10. Knowing what you're like, I imagine your computer is full of viruses and spyware. So that would be my first guess. Try booting into Windows in safe mode and see if anything works then. Otherwise, it'll be a hardware problem and it's not too uncommon. If this is the case, like froggy says, you could buy a PCI USB card, should only be a few quid. How old is the computer?
  11. Trial Chapy, shut up. I'm sure your little in joke is funny to you, but it's not for everyone else. It makes you look like an arse.
  12. I dunno. I shall decide your sentencing and let you know. For now, I think this should be closed.
  13. Callum, perhaps you'd like to explain why your IP address matches "I'm a cu*t dot com"? You have 5 minutes.
  14. That was quite cool. Some of the gaps were pretty big considering how much grip there must have been! Liked the hundred different gap variations too
  15. Didn't you do that years ago, cutting a load of grooves into a 521 CD rim with a hacksaw? I remember it taking ages and being nowhere near as good as a grind
  16. Is it weird that I knew that was MK from the picture, even though I've never been? Sweet ride by the way.
  17. Don't think there is such a thing as a 'Fatty', it's just a shorter name for Fatty R.
  18. Sweet vid Broseph. I liked the manual to bunny hop, that was cool

    Hmm...

If you say there are an infinite number of 'gaps', then each gap would have to be infinitely small. That doesn't mean the distance between point A and point B is infinite, though. Therefore the speed would NOT be infinite.

    Hmm...

Sorry, by the ellipsis dots (...) I meant 0.999 recurring. Should have made that clear. No, you quote someone saying: He doesn't say it's recurring, so he's quite right, it's not one.
  22. Everyone grows out of chart music though, and when you do, it all sounds rubbish. I remember thinking the same thing 5-10 years ago, I'm sure some of the older members will remember moaning about the state of British music even further back than that. This is nothing new. What?

    Disc Brake

Only Avid call it Tri-align but I thought most discs had a similar lever of adjustment? I think post mount is neater, especially when you get to running bigger discs and you can use a 180/185mm-specific fork or whatever without the need for any adapters. But I don't really have strong feelings on the matter
