I live north lincs near Humber bridge. Looking to meet up with someone to learn off each other and have a laugh.

I'm quite happy to service my MTB bottom bracket and rear hub, etc. Just out of interest, I have an Onza Zoot, do you need any special tools for this and are they non serviceable sealed units?

I've just started doing trials stuff today. And my body is killing me. Pain in my back, knees and shoulders. Is this normal? Had a blast doing it though!!
