  1. Does anyone have a 2 bolt black booster they would like to swap for a 2 bolt white Trialtech? Or have one to sell?

  2. So I got my 24 and it rides really well, all that is left to do is to book a 24 master class with Euan Beaden :-P

  7. Off to HMS Sultan for my final course of the apprenticeship scheme.

  8. I think I ideally need to try the two stems. What you say makes sense, but I don't want to commit to buy and fin the other would be better.
  9. The current stem is a Bontrager Earl - 70x10. If I put the System Ex stem on won't the reach to the bars be less as the stem is still 70mm in length but 35 rise. Wouldn't the be better in the 90x35? http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_stems/bbb_forged/c41p11644.html
  10. Just got back from a sick session on the 24 at Newbury skate park, brakeless was a lot of fun, but I'm thinking brakes will have to go on.

Maybe, just having a brake gives a bit of reassurance when learning manuals to start with and also helps with stopping/slowing down when riding from spot to spot.

I know what you mean, I find I can go bigger without brakes though as you have to put in the extra effort to make sure you get up/on/off/across stuff

  11. I rode it last night, it does feel like it could do with a high stem, but i'm not sure what would geo would suit.
  12. Bought myself an Inspired Fourplay, fancied a bit fun.

Nice, looks like biking is getting a lot more popular. Never used to see it on the main channels

  17. Aching like f*** this morning but it was worth it. Had an amazing weekend at RadFest. Didn't ride that much, but saw some silly riding going on and caught up with so many friends old and new. Huge thanks to the great organisation from Maria Mitchell, Mick Mitchell and Jack Meek for making this event happen for us all to enjoy. Same again next year?

  18. Thanks for this Andee, it's good to see how it looked to everyone else. I felt quite slow in my race, but it looks quicker than I thought. It was a well deserved win by Ben and John.
  19. Been a nice day trip to Bournemouth to see family and friends. Off to Essex tomorrow for Radfest. Whoop Whoop!

  20. Just boarded the plane and at the gate they told us there had been a seat reallocation. Looks like we've been upgraded to the premium seats. What a result!!

  23. First Great Western are great, arrive at Exeter, see a train for London coming in, go to the platform, the platform display says its the 11:55 to London calling at Taunton. I get on it, it leaves at 11:45 then the train manager welcomes people to the service and says the next stop is Reading. Turns out the train I'm on was delayed but FGW failed to show that on the platform display. So I left Woking at 8:46 due to arrive Taunton 12:23, now sat on a train to Reading, so won't get to Taunton ti...

  24. Off to Bournemouth shortly to pick up my suit. Only 22 days till the big day :-)
