Good luck guys, do us all proud.

Hi everyone, I am having problems starting new topics and adding replies to all topics on my iPhone 3GS, iPad 1 and iPad2. I have tried using the full site, I have also tried using the mobile site and accessing the both formats of the site through the ip board app. I am hoping others are having this problem or can offer a solution. I contacted Tomturd about a month ago via PM, but I'm still waiting for a reply. I am finding it very frustrating as there doesn't see to be anyone else having these problems with any other ip board forums.

Joe Maher - Double Cheese Barrow Bacon Whopper
Nick Manning replied to Joe Papasnap Maher's topic in Videos
Get a bmx, lol. Seriously, it was really good Joe. I enjoyed the music, the editing and the riding, it was long compared to most videos, but I didn't notice it, as the video was just great to watch. -
Love it Ben! Everything was impressive, I didn't know you had those footjam tailwhips dialled, fair play. Looked like you got some serious air on the 360 on the flatbank. It's a real shame you are unable to do a full video due to health reason. Hope you do recover real soon, such a talented rider.

Euan Beaden - Think Bikes - Now Or Never
Nick Manning replied to Joe Papasnap Maher's topic in Videos
I enjoyed his video a lot, it's very impressive how well he is riding for his age. I just think that his current style is similar to Danny's. Hopefully Euan will do his own thing and make it his own. I don't feel this because he is doing the same tricks as Danny, It's just the vibe I get from watching the video. With my riding I do the same as Neil with taps, gaps and sidehops, but I feel that you can see a difference between how Neil or any other rider attacks with the same technique. Does that make sense? -
Euan Beaden - Think Bikes - Now Or Never
Nick Manning replied to Joe Papasnap Maher's topic in Videos
Well done Euan, was some great riding there, especially for your age. You've got so many tricks dialled, such as the rear wheel rol back to forwards pedal and the 360 pivot/tailwhip. It was all really impressive. However, I felt like I was watching a replica of Danny Macaskil. You've got some great skills Euan, just need to try and create your own style and I think you could make an epic video. Overall though, well done on the video and the progression in the sport. -
Urgh, ok, lol. Glad you liked it so much. I'm sorry, I'll try and do my next video with just low level stuff, lol.

I'll have a word with the boss and see what he says. Seeing him Wednesday, I'll see what he says and I'll PM you after.

Thanks again for helping out with the filming. Cheers Peter. Will you be attending Radfest? Unfortunately everything I am wearing in the video is part of the team kit for MAD. So, you would have to get on the team to get that top. You could always email Giles Wolfe at MAD and ask him if it'd be possible to buy one, but I'm not sure how successful you'd be. Cheers Dan, it was pretty terrifying when I was there that day with you. It wasn't easy, just had to think positive and commit to it.

Sorry about that, pretty embarrassing

As Radfest is getting real close now, I think it might be a good idea to find out those who are driving that have space and where from and those that are looking for a lift. I've spoken to a few rider's that want to come but are stuck with logistics, so lets see what we've got. Also state what days you are attending, I'll go first. Travelling from Woking (near Heathrow) attending Friday night (possibly), Saturday - Sunday. Have space for lift's.

Off the hook as per usual. I've come to now expect nothing less, so don't let me down Anyway, how high was the top of the cotton reel? Looks huge and off a small kicker, you've got some balls.
-
This may sound daft but that doesn't look like 1.30m It looks a lot bigger. 1.30m is 51" I did 50.5" / 1.28m at the weekend and that looks a lot bigger than what I did, especially when seeing a guy standing next to it with his stock bike in the first picture. Anyway, well done mate, either way, that sidehop is huge.

You guys may well hate it, but that's your view from within the sport. To those outside of the sport it's still entertaining.
-
True, but say like nationals and worlds, those sort of event's would be where you are most likely to see the point of the sport and the different levels of riders in the sport. Only other ways are on street rides. I do find bike trials a bit of a weird sport to watch, I can't really see it ever being a spectators sports. Not unless speed trials was brought back.
-
I disagree. If demos are being done to school children then yes showing actual riding and teaching them basic bike skills is much better, but when it comes to demos for any other type of event, you are there as entertainment. Companies hire bike display teams because they can do things on a bike that are not your every day thing, but most of all, it's because it's entertaining, it will draw a crowd and be a great feature for an event. End of the day demos are not about bike trials it's just pure entertainment to the general public. If people want to see bike trials at it's best then they would attend competitions.

Oops, sorry. I've put it and it shall be uploaded shortly.

Was really good riding Dan, bit of a rabbit hopping around so much and fast, lol. Sweet lines there too, looking forward to the Rockman vid.

Agree to disagree. This is turning into a typical forum argument, and ignoring the intentions of the original poster. Though with regards to the first post, this is old news.

Neither link work.

I'm good thanks, you've certainly got those gaps to fronts dialled. Some sweet flicks from front to rear, and that sidehop looked pretty huge from the pipe up to the sloped wall top.
