http://www.bbc.co.uk...?q=inside%20out IT will be in I player soon for BBC South. I've not seen it yet, but as Peter has just posted, it seems they didn't use it, which is a shame. Correction! It seems from friends on facebook that it was show, riders in the background. I'm going to check it out on iplayer once it's up. -

The show isn't about trials, the guy was talking about things relevant to Portsmouth, we were just in the back ground riding. -

It was filmed in Portsmouth which is BBC South Didn't think about that. MY bbc one is saying: The whiot lies motorists use to get around sky-high insurance premiums. Looks like I might actually miss it. -
I've got a set of Sr Suntour forks, they are 120mm travel positive and negative air chamber in the non drive leg and lock out on the driveside leg with rebound adjuster in the lower leg. I know they not Rock shox but they seem pretty good, lock out works well and the travel is adequate for singletrack. The forks are also 15mm bolt through with a quick release on a pro2 hub.

I think I'm BBC South East -
Hi all, basically myself and other were riding Portsmouth last Thursday. Whilst at Spice Island a few people turned up with a pretty hefty camera and started talking as if it was for a tv program. They then asked us if we mind them filming us and wanted us to ride in the program whilst the guy was talking on camera. They took quite a attempts at different angles, so pretty certain we'll be in the background. Anyway we were told it will be showed on the program Inside Out on BBC 1 tonight. The program starts at 7:30pm and finishes at 8:00pm, I don't know when that segment will show, but thought I'd share with the forum.

Nice find. She's very skilled, would be good if she continues to ride and improve and make videos.
-
All you need is yourself, a bike, a tent and money for entry.

The strength of the build is always going to be down to how good the wheel builder is. you got have the strongest parts and would buckle all the time if built badly. I think the Echo SL rim and Echo SL hub would be pretty light, just need a good wheel builder to build it with decent spokes such as Sapim spokes.

Brake Booster On Mad Phase Or Not ?
Nick Manning replied to drouchka's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
On my Phase I ran a Trialtech 2 bolt booster on the rear, as I found the frame flexes a lot. I highly recommend a booster for the rear, it stiffens the feel, helps and reduces flex allowing the brake to feel more powerful and bitey. -
Dan your funny, I love how you say to me your struggling on that lighthouse gap , which to be fair is pretty huge, and then you release this little video of pissing the very same gap. Anyway, some quality riding, always full of surprises with how you make things look so easy.

Cheers Ian, change of plans for me now. I think I'm going to be travelling up by coach from London Victoria coach station, so if anyone from the surrounding areas are thinking of coming, try National Express coaches. Today's 27/02/11 cheapest price to Newcastle from London is £21. The only catch with the coach is that you have to have your bike in a bok or bag for them to accept it. Hopefully that'll entice a few more riders to come along.

Why not ride Reading.
-
I missed it myself, but I found this Danny MacAskill interview it's not the video, but might be helpful.
-
Both bikes look really nice, hope you enjoy riding them.
-
Looking amazing, can't wait to ride it. Can see so much to do, no way anyone can get bored there.

Cool, well Chris Abbey, the creator has been talking to me this evening, as he wants to put all his videos on his Facebook account. I'v been helping him find the original file upload, managed to find it on here and figured it'd be worth a bump. Glad you liked it.
-
Just thought I'd make a comment to bump this video and bring it to light for all those riders who are new to the forum. There are two rider's in this Dan Jones and Fred Judd, I don't believe Fred rides anymore, but both are very skilled and have a very slick and unique style.

Spoke Length For Echo Tr Disc Hub On Onza Ronnie Rim
Nick Manning replied to Nick Manning's topic in Trials Chat
Cheers Rab. Just looked at Tartybikes, my hub is the older version. Pretty sure it's a Echo TR hub, it's definitely an Echo hub. -
As the title says, I am in need of knowing what spoke length is required to build a Onza Ronnie rim onto a Echo TR front disc hub. Unfortunately I don't know any of the dimensions to be able to use a spoke calculator. Any help gratefully appreciated.
